The one bedroom apartment was very well set out, kitchen was nice and user friendly. Bathroom was nice and spacious, beds and pillows very comfy

Stayed to attend a conference at the Rydges next door where rooms were double the price. Met all needs. Bathroom grout a bit dirty and off putting but room otherwise clean.

Great location but the place could use some update. Due to its close proximity to Brisbane conference center, the price is impacted by conferences. Avoid conference week and other major city event such as rugby tournaments. otherwise you are going to pay 5 star hotel price for this (3.5 star) hotel.

Just no. I’ve been in better hostels

For the price I paid I did not expect to be looking at a railway line and have only free to air television available. The art work and design sucks. The staff were great the position in south bank terrific the breakfast fast and generous but lacking simpler versions, fruit yoghurt etc . I’m happy to answer any further questions

Staff were very helpful both over the phone and at reception. However I was disappointed with Expedia when the number of guests were not updated to two and I was emailed with the incorrect check in dates of our stay after the correct dates were confirmed when I booked.

The room was very disappointing, mould around A/C vents, on doors and in the bathroom. Furnishings poor condition, sofa stained, chairs in poor condition, tv cabinet missing two doors? Waĺls grubby, finger marks and grime. Paint peeling in bathroom, kitchen cutlery/crockery etc missed matched, 2 forks 3plates 2 teaspoons etc. Bathroom very poor condition, dirty grout corrosion in shower screen, dirty glass and vanity. Not what you would expect from The Mantra???? If this is a " NORMAL" room, the place needs a refurbishment. Don't stay here!

Hotel was clean, upgraded, staff was pleasant and very helpful. Gym was nice to have as well

The staff were amazing, we had some issues with the first and second rooms. The first room the shower glass fell out and the air conditioner was not working well. The staff were very helpful in moving us to a second room which was better. We had big issues with the dryer, it sounded like a bearing had gone, the staff again were very helpful and dried our clothes in the hotel dryers for us. The outdoor area of our room was not clean and had no plants in the garden bed. The rooms need a refresh, brighter fully functioning curtains, replace bathroom mirrors, more cutlery. The baths are small and narrow and would be better if they were set lower making it easier and safer to get in and out of. The common areas are it great condition and this needs to flow through to the rooms. We make these comments as we value our stays at Mantra and hope they are received with the intent they are made. The Mantra Southbank Brisbane is an amazing location and the staff are so helpful and professional.

Great size room and facilities. Breakfast is choices from a set menu, however was tasty with various options to suit many people with a separate kids menu.

Good location for restaurants arts centre and close to city centre. Could not access internet, gym equipment was faulty and I missed not having a bath robe.

Very disappointed with my stay. I’m not happy I just spent £250 (500AUD approximately) for a night here. This place needs some serious TLC. Mouldy and rusty bathroom was the worst part. That and the balcony right on the railway. I don’t understand how you can charge so much for a room in this condition and looking right onto the tracks. Bed was very uncomfortable too. Wish I never booked this and had travelled back the day before instead. All these problems wouldn’t have been such a big deal if it wasn’t so ridiculously expensive to stay here. Paid a lot less around Brisbane during the week elsewhere and was far better accommodation! I definitely would never return here nor recommend.

A comfortable place to stay and directly opposite a very good Turkish restaurant Ahmets - that was a highlight for us. Please note there is NO airport shuttle, which was listed by hotels.com as a complimentary service.

It was a comfortable stay. Mantra is located in a good area where there is a nice choice of food choices

Location location location. Great for south bank, the city, QPAC and galleries. Easy valet parking. Very friendly staff. Breakfast deal is worth it.

No USB plugs in room (a common amenity in most 4-star hotel roos these days). No advance warning if early-start (6AM!) fun run tqking place in Southbank. Ovello Bar not open Sunday/Monday evenings.
