Amazing hotel. Stayed a few times and staff are consistently amazing. Rooms beautifully presented. Kitchen well equipped. My only small frustration is the pillows are far too high for me and no alternatives are offered.

Very modern & staff are super friendly, however would not choose to stay in the same room again as was on bottom floor, I didn't realise when booking so not view at all & was at time noisy from gate being shut & people talking loudly when walking pass which was often late in the evening

The big letdown was tharlt I paid extra for an ocean view but I couldnt enjoy the balcony r keep my door open because neighbouring room/s were smoking n the smokewas stinking my room out.
I wont be staying again- I will find smokefree accom

The suite was much better than I originally anticipated. The pools were great and being from Victoria both were warm enough to swim in during the Queensland "winter".
The hotel staff were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions.

We stayed at the Meriton property near Pacific Fair and really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It’s just a short walk to the beach, Woolworths, a variety of restaurants, and Pacific Fair Mall, so everything you need is close by. Parking was $12 a night, which we found reasonable and easy to access. We also made use of the beachside parking nearby, which was perfect for taking the kids down for some playtime. Overall, it’s a great option for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find no housekeeping during my stay but no issues with replenishment of milk etc. So no housekeeping was fine.
Indoor pool was great. Gym too.
Only concern was the wifi which seemed weak. Could not open emails on my computer.

Nice enough hotel. Front desk staff were fantastic. Hotels in a decent location handtvto everything. Probably around 400mtrs to the beach.
Main thing I didn't like was the bed. Hard as a rock. My wife asked for a topper which they came and put on the bed. Even that did little to soften it up.

Staff were friendly and helpful. I was surprised to find no housekeeping during my stay but no issues with replenishment of milk etc. So no housekeeping was fine.
Indoor pool was great. Gym too.
Only concern was the wifi which seemed weak. Could not open emails on my computer.

The renovations are fantastic. We were very impressed with the room and the lovely staff. Not our first visit and wont be our last. We will be back again soon.

Lovely room, lots of room and a great layout, but the shower was terrible, very little water pressure and the hot water was either scorching hot or non existent, there was no in between.

Nice enough hotel. Front desk staff were fantastic. Hotels in a decent location handtvto everything. Probably around 400mtrs to the beach.
Main thing I didn't like was the bed. Hard as a rock. My wife asked for a topper which they came and put on the bed. Even that did little to soften it up.
