My family and I stayed overnight at this property. Organisation management of our room could’ve been better as there was a bit of a mishap. As we stayed during the easter period there wasn’t information stating their opening hours had changed; nothing on the website or front reception door. Overall it was a place that filled our needs for the evening but small details could’ve been informed and better communication also.

Friendly staff and easy to find

This hotel is a decent affordable option, perfect for what we needed for one night! I rang a few days in advance and asked to check in an hour early and they said they would make a note to clean our room first, but when I arrived they told me check in was 2pm and I couldn’t get in earlier. The manager was annoyed someone had said I could check in early. Other than that everything was great.

The internal room was ok, the outside disgusting and concerning, does not show on your website. Most of the staff very nice, however it took nearly an hour to check in and that staff member, rude and no very nice, I was unable to ask basic questions and she was not cooperative. Will never return and not to this hotel chain

The surrounding environment around the check-in area is not suitable for family. The room was clean and beds were very good. But there were several issues in the bathroom, hot shower knob was broken, water dripping to a drawer from the basin and missing exhaust fan. I gave my feedback to the manager present during check-out.

The staff and house keeping were absolutely lovely which made my stay quite enjoyable.

Reception not clearly marked, had to go round in circles around the property without finding the reception. Area around the accommodation hasn't got enough lighting and feels a bit unsafe at night particularly. Noisy . People did not bother much late at night if their vehicle noise or door slamming are disturbing other people.

We liked the location, restaurant and value for money.

We stayed here to be close to the hospital , an easy ten minute drive. The rooms were adequate for our needs, perhaps a little dated in spots but clean throughout. The internet was the only thing that was a bit dodgy. The bed was comfortable and the food available at the adjoining club was excellent in taste and value. We will need to return to the hospital in a few weeks and I will be booking the hotel for another stay.

Easy to acces next to the motorway.

Don't let the pictures fool you. Very noisy and bed mattress was old and collapsed, swapped to single during night. You can hear everything from adjoining rooms and outside. NRL State of Origin and they shut Sports Bar at 8pm with 25 people in there. Most left premises or like us sit in Bistro and watch on small TV. And Steak was average. Never again very low end average.

The service from the reception staff member was excellent, he was very accommodating and came to check on us during our stay & was very attentive with making sure we had the best possible stay, and he was outstanding 🙂

I stayed at glengala hotel. My stay turned into a night mare. I moved the bed to plug in my phone and was shocked beyond disbelief when I found a pair of dirty underwear under the bed along with lots of dust . I spoke to the management , I think the manager’s name was Chris , he dealt really well and altitude to resolve the conflict. But the whole stay was a night mare including the toilets which looked that a brush has never been used in them as well as the mould in the shower. Disgusting as hell, will not stay here in the future and will spread the word too. Waste of money , and so so so unhygienic. PLAIN DISGUSTING !!!!
