loved the old style of property. For an unknown reason did not get the apartment I had paid for and the one given to us had not been properly cleaned.

Nice place in great location.

Overall good but give a bit more attention to cleaning bathroom.

Property was as per the photo's, communication was great, arrived an hour earlier than expected and asked if we could check in early and we could which was great. Location is great, right on the main street, close to pubs and shops.

I booked the accommodation early in the week and was disappointed when at 8.26pm the night before, when they advised me that they had double booked and I would receive a full refund. This was very disappointing as I am not able to cancel within the 24 hour, but it appears that they can. I am still waiting the refund.

Great central location within walking distance to pubs and cafes. The best bed I’ve slept in apart from my own. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom was nice and clean. The only negatives were that we had to re-tune the TV and there was some pealing paint and spider webs scattered around the walls.

The property was clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities one could want. The location was excellent being in the heart of Mansfield I would book here again.

Second time staying at this lovely hotel. The only downside to the suite was no social sitting area in the room for everyone, although there is a common room downstairs which is nice and comfortable.

Unique and comfortable. Didn't like only two towels for two adults for a three night stay.

Was there for business The place I stayed at had a very grand feeling. Nice and quiet with very warmth feeling as you walk in.

Good location and big bathtub. The design of the room was so nice. However,I was worried about the dirt in the bath and the dirt on the cup. so I washed them myself. Other than that it was very good.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Clean and quite in a central area of Manfield. Unique loft style with bedroom upstairs and self contained kitchen downstairs fulfilling all our needs.

An absolutely delightful and fuss-free stay in a beautiful room. From the entrance with it's stunning stairway up to my room 'Boudoir', it was oozing with period style and class. Wonderfully comfortable, warm and cozy despite the dropping temperatures outside, with everything you could possibly need within a short walk. This place is cut from a different cloth and I'll most certainly be back to stay again.

Very exclusive

We were disappointed that when we asked for a credit fron THE DECK as my wife came down with Covid, we have not heard from them. We have always booked through Expedia as you have the cancellation option, not with THE DECK, we have stayed their numerous times, motel next time.

A lovely boutique property to stay in the heart of Mansfield. Beautifully appointed Sue was extremely accomodating.

No email received 24 hours before stay, as stated,and only got door code 1 hour before arrival? No contact phone with owner.

Great place to stay

A beautiful experience with comfy beds, the stair case is not for the faint hearted with heavy baggage for the upstairs bedrooms. Host was easy to contact and follow up lost property promptly located and return arranged. Highly recommend this hotel. Will most definitely stay again!!

Bed was uncomfortable and it was noisy.
