Great place to stay, quiet secure, easy parking short walk to south Perth dinning and shopping. Close to ferry if you want to go to the city.

Parking excellent, staff very helpful and friendly, kitchen well stocked and linen also well stocked. Room was very clean. Next visit I would book a room with a balcony or court yard. Position in South Perth was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

These apartments are in a fantastic location with the best view of Perth there is. The rooms are generous in size and are very clean. The kitchenette is well equipped with a large fridge and everything you need. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a great place to stay and we'll be back.

Great location and apartment . Would stay again but on higher level room not facing car park on ground level . Friendly front office staff . 1. Our room was in front of Carpark and as there is no sheer curtain or anything in the main living room eveyone can see straight into the living room if you don’t have the curtain shut so no real privacy . All the lower level rooms facing the Carpark should have sheer privacy curtains plus curtains. 2. The window in the kitchen was no block out so let light in the morning as no door to shut to main bed room. 3. No window to open in main bedroom for any fresh air which was odd only a frosted window. Could do with an open window . 4. Needed a aircon in bedroom as only aircon was in the lounge room which wouldn’t be great at night if you needed to use the aircon .

Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend.

Our second stay here, great value for money and easy to access. My only complaint this trip is that the outside hallway lights coming into the room were horrendous, so bright with no curtain on the kitchen window making the room super bright at night time. I'd definatley reccomend the property adding blackout curtains to the kitchen window.

The hotel itself was lovely, and the location was nice. Unfortunately though shortly after checking in and entering our room, I missed a small step at the entrance and fell, resulting in a sprained ankle. The injury was significant enough that I had to leave the hotel early and seek urgent medical care. I contacted reception immediately using the room phone to report what had happened. While a small packet of ice was delivered to the room, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy, concern, or follow-up from the staff. At a time when I was in considerable pain and distress, I felt there was very little care or compassion shown. While the property itself was nice, the response to a guest injury left me feeling unsupported.

What can I say about the Peninsula Riverside, a perfect location for Perth and the surrounding areas, with a short walk to the ferry over to Elizabeth Quay area. We will hopefully return when next in Perth, and will recommend it to our friends and family,, thanks again to the team at Peninsula Riverside for making our stay that much better.

Internet was very slow, no AC in the bedroom which was very hot on the first night, no door on the bedroom which allowed light from the kitchen window in (bright light directly outside kitchen window and poor light blocking venetian blind). This accommodation was as expensive as a 5 star hotel in the city. Nice location with restaurants and supermarket close by, good access to ferry and open spaces for exercising and zoo.
