Great lobation and room size with laundry kitchen and lounge/ dining but 10 am check out time does not work on a Sunday - other than that great

It was disappointed to find out once at the property there was no pool no spa and no sauna access due to works being done on the outside of the building. August - December no access guests should be notified about the inconvenience specifically as I stayed on the weekend of the Sydney Marathon. You pay a lot of money for a great hotel and for the hotel not to provide these services was really disappointing and frustrating.

Great location central to circular quay and light rail.

You sent me an email about this hotel reservation indicating they will be under construction and repairing things and for that reason the Pool and the hot tub will be close. I decided to cancel but you sent me another message when you mentioned that the construction and repairing it was postponed for later in September. The thing is when I asked in the front desk about the hot tub they told me that those facilities were close due the work at that moment. I showed her the E mail you sent me that indicated otherwise and she told me how sorry she was for what it was happening and she took a picture y said she would report it the situation to the manager. Never he contacted us. The worst it was the Saturday 29th when we came back for the all day excursion and we entered to our room we found a open condom on the nightstand next to our bed. Immediately I went to reception desk and letting know what we found …that it was inaceptable…who was in our room having sex during we were out…? The guy it was speechless…he told me the only thing he can do at the moment is given us a new clean room and breakfast free and he will going to inform the manager and for sure he will be contact us, never happened even I asked for him on Monday, he just told the receptionist, he was working on it, This situation it is Unbelievable never happened a such a thing to us in any hotel and we are travelers, let’s ASAP what you are going to do or we are going to proceed a legal case.

WiFiの調子が悪くて、一度も繋がらなかった。フロントに確認しても、時々WiFiの調子が悪くなると言ってはぐらかされた。残念です。

Great location and good size / layout for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. However the furniture and bathrooms need updating and the noisy windows replacing although I understand the windows are being replaced imminently.

They cleaned our room everyday, but some parts were remained untidy. They didn't vacuum carpets and my husband who has allergy with house dust often struggled with sneezing. The wifi connection wasn't stable. We couldn't use the internet the day before our departure, which made us in trouble. One of three elevators wasn't in good condition. At our departure it stopped suddenly when we were riding inside with our luggage, and stayed unmoved for a couple of minutes. Fortunately we could arrive in time at the station and the airport, but with this experience we got worse impression to the hotel.

宿泊前のメッセージのやり取りは、途中で止まったり返信がなかったりして不安を感じました。 しかし、現地での対応は良かったです。 部屋に入ってすぐに飲みかけの水のペットボトルが床に転がっていたのを見た時はちょっと残念でした。 「施設の設備」にあった「バスローブ」「ポーター / ベルボーイ サービス」はありませんでした。 部屋の掃除を頼むプレートをドアに掛けておいたところ、ベッドメイキングはしてありましたが、タオルの交換はなかったので、翌日は「タオルを替えてください」とメモ書きして置いておいたら、交換してありました。 食洗器や洗濯機の洗剤やコーヒー等の補充はされていましたが、冷蔵庫にあったコーヒーミルクの補充はされていませんでした。 洗濯機・乾燥機、食洗器があって便利でしたし、立地は良かったです。 朝着いて、荷物を預かっていただいて観光に出かけられた事も有難かったです。 全体的に古さを感じましたが、快適に過ごせました。

Hotel is a little tired but really liked having full kitchen, washing machine, etc. Makes longer stays very easy

spacious and private but a bit dated. It had everything one needs , even own washing machine. Pool was closed due to renovations. Good aircon and quiet at night. Overall I was happy with the property and is very close to public transport

Located within walking distance to the Sydney Opera, Habour bridge and Rocks (like 10min). Close to busses and trains. Huge apartment but outdated furniture. Highly recommend getting their breakfast; you have to walk 50-100meters and eat at another hotel. but their breakfast is outstanding.

If you can look past the cracked sink, parts falling off walls and strange water leaks then you can enjoy it. Place hasn’t been updated since Bob Hawke was PM. Such a shame ‘cause it’s a great size apartment, in a good location and overall, comfortable. If the owners didn’t use every cheap fix to keep it functioning then it might look like someone cared. Overall, it’s just tired and sad. Am sure the hotel chain has already been given this feedback many times.

９年ほど前に一度宿泊した際にロケーションや部屋の広さが良かったので4泊利用しました。タオルの交換はされましたが、ハンドタオルやバスマットが補充されず、日々減って行き、非常に不便でした。さらにバスルーム、部屋共に髪の毛など床にゴミが残っており滞在中一度も掃除機をかけた様子はなく不快でした。

There is nowhere to park while you check in.. I expected a drive through at the fro t of hotel, but no.. nowhere. Parking is around the other side of the block and a key is needed to get in. I made a 1 night booking and then decided (some weeks ago) to stay 2 nights so made another 1 n booking online and sent an email asking to keep bookings together in same room. I reminded staff on check in but still got a phone call telling me I needed to check out. Then had to muck around getting keys extended etc (which shows she definitely didn’t listen to me on checkin or see notes) We had breakfast booked as part of package but didn’t realise it was at a totally different hotel which required 3 traffic lights to wait for to walk there each way. We were not given breakfast vouchers or explained this but when I asked, was told to come each morning and get a voucher. This then meant lining up at reception each morning.. cannot see why they could not be given on check in. The toilet is behind the bathroom door and ok for use with the door closed but dangerous for your feet if you are on it and someone else enters bathroom. I had a bath, only to realise that there was no soap, bath gel, shampoo, conditioner etc down there and could not bring from shower as they are fixed. Only 4 small milk portions in fridge.. you need 2 to have one coffee, so that was only one cup each. Staff seem flustered and because of this did not come off as friendly or welcoming. Good location for our appointment.

Great location. Close to train and numerous shops and restaurants.

Great place for a family to stay. Close to everything. We found the parking lot to be confusing, but everything else was great. I love that the rooms had windows and balconies that we could open.
