Excellent and varied breakfast, and comfortable bed with plenty of space in the bedroom. Although it was winter and cold outside, the room was lovely and warm. There are good restaurants nearby (I recommend Louca's), and there's a Mexican themed restaurant in the hotel with (loud) music and dancing. I was on the 2nd. floor, so fairly close, but there was no noise whatever in the room.

great rooms, good size and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. restaurant on site is wonderful, worth checking out. Well stocked breakfast. Location is convenient, not far from the markets, which is always a good thing.

Some room services could be better. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and obvious overflowing bins and dirty cups were missed. There was a fire alarm at 2am - no explanation or reason mentioned. No staff were in sight the entire time. Could be better. Difficult to obtain a coffee from the cafe - god knows when the restaurant opens & breakfast is buffet only and too expensive. Otherwise, nicely featured and spacious rooms - central location to other cafes and restaurants.

The room was clean, not sure if under the bed had been vacuumed this year.. Mattress was not the greatest, my partner had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Location was great , coffee shops right out the front door…Ordered room service the first night, Butter chicken , lucky if there was 3 spoonfuls of chicken in the bowl. Rang the front desk and 20 or so minutes later they brought up an extra bowl, to what I would think was a reasonable serving…Well priced , just a few tweaks would make a big difference…

The hotel is in the "center" of Adelaide. While it is walking distance from many landmarks and point of interest. it is still a good walk, and sometime a Uber is helpful. There is not much in the vicinity of the hotel, few restaurants, a, kind of, convenience store, no liquor store (if you like that). But the hotel itself is very clean, nice room, nice lobby BUT (wonder why), NO desk for working, despite place was available. I had to set up something with the bed to work with my computer.

I stayed for three nights. Although the room appeared to have been renovated and featured a stylish interior, the cleanliness left something to be desired; I found a hairpin on the floor and hair in the shower area. Additionally, the shower water pressure was extremely weak; as someone with long hair, it took a very long time to wash my hair, and it was difficult to get it thoroughly clean. While I had felt reassured choosing a hotel from a well-known group, considering the distance from the station and the fact that the price was not significantly different from other hotels, I think I will stay somewhere else next time.

The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable. It was an easy walk into the Rundle Mall. There were great places to eat nearby. Close to parklands and botanic gardens. But straight out the front of hotel that takes you to Adelaide Hills, including Handorf, and Stirling.

I visit the hotel very often when I am traveling to Adelaide for work. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is nice and well maintained. However there is an ongoing issue with the housekeeping team entering the room despite ‘do not disturb’ sign displayed, and the hotel doesn’t seem to take this matter seriously at all given that it is already the fourth time this has happened. They continue to promise it will not happen again, but it just keeps happening. For me as a guest, I expect any hotel to strictly respect the ‘do not disturb’ sign unless it is an exceptional circumstance, and it should be the most basic and simple rule. But for some reason, the hotel management doesn’t seem to take this issue seriously or actually attempts to resolve this issue.

Check in was quick and easy. We were on the 10th floor. We followed the room numbers and found room 10 but needed room 11. We found the room (the room number sequence is stupid). The room was large with a view of the hills. Nice comfy bed although I didn’t particularly like the pillows. The bathroom was small and poorly designed. The toilet was behind the door which was awkward. The shower took up half the bathroom and the lighting wasn’t great. As for the shower, why they didn’t install rainfall shower head I’ll never know because the one in this shower was shocking. It took 10 minutes for there to be something resembling lukewarm water and that was with the hot tap turned up to the max. Did not enjoy the shower experience. We had dinner in Mamacita Restaurant which was good. The food came out quickly. The music was way too loud that it was difficult to have a conversation. Breakfast was included and is served in the ground floor cafe. It’s a buffet style set up with the usual fare. We had to wait a few minutes for a staff member to check us out. All in all, it was a good stay aside from the lack of hot water and the loud music in the restaurant.

Clean and good location. Parking is quite a walk with luggage and cost more through the hotel than it would have if paying the car park directly.
