Room was clean and had a great view of the beach

The room was spotless and the staff were wonderful.

We recently stayed at Whitsunday Resort and loved its fantastic location. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the beach, which made our stay feel extra special. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was great after long day of driving from Port Douglas. The room was well-equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and convenient stay. The only downside was the WiFi, which wasn’t very strong, but this was a minor issue overall. With its amazing position and comfortable rooms, we would happily stay here again.

I arrived a bit early and the staff were only too happy to let me check in. Explained the area well, and the views from my room were brilliant. Will defiantly stay there again

The owner Janet was absolutely beautiful inside and out saved our camping trip as it was meant to rain so so glad we last minute booked here we will be back!!

Check in easy. Staff welcoming. Sadly room was very average. It was an extremely hot and humid day and our room was like an oven, as the air conditioning had not been turned on. Took a while to get the air con going and a few hours at the beach for the room to be cool enough to re-enter. . Our room had some refurbishments (kitchen, flooring, shower), though it was still disappointing. Small table was very dated and we didn’t sit on the lounge without a blanket covering it, as it looked dirty. The dividing wall between the kitchen/lounge area and bedroom was horrible. It’s also the first thing you see when entering and along with the hot room was not a pleasant first impression. If the furniture had been updated to match the refurbishment and the awful dividing wall was replaced (even with a curtain), it would have been a dream stay. The pool was really tired and desperately needed updating. Location was great for the beach but shouldn’t be relied on for someone to enjoy their stay. Wifi was poor but that can only be blamed on the telco. We hope to get back in the next year or so and find all refurbishments fully completed.
