This was honestly such a great place to stay! Perfect for two travelers and had great bathroom space!

Rooms are lovely and cosy, bathroom and kitchen area very clean and full of all things needed, bed and pillows very comfy and comes with cloth that can be closed around bed which is a nice touch, furniture was very pretty and check in was easy, staff helpful and overall a very lovely stay (and very cheap - I’ve stayed in 5* hotels that have been nowhere near as nice!) :)

Lange Wsrtewchlange beim Check in. Eine Schalter war frei obwohl ein Mitarbeiter frei/ verfügbar aussah.

어디하나 부족한 곳이 없었어요
교통도 바로 앞에 중앙역 있고
트램도 바로 앞에 D노선이 지나가서
주요 관광지로 쉽게 갈 수 있어요
아. 겨울 여행을 갔는데
난방이 잘 안되는 것 같긴 했으나
이불이 포근해서 자는동안 춥지는 않았어요

Bâtiment très moderne et en parfait état. Les appartements sont très bien équipés et très spacieux. Petit bémol sur la literie qui ne nous a pas bien convenu.
L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal avec la grande gare juste à côté et les trams qui passent juste à côté.
Accueil chaleureux et très serviable, séjour très agréable.

The male receptionist was kind of rude to us during check in. Was being asked to fill up guest details while he is registering our information into the system. Double work? Have travelled various countries during this trip but first time encounter this request at this apartment. Made our life a little miserable. He seem to be impatient while I am just asking if we could come back at night and collect the room card/he requested the name and number of guests (while we have already provided our passports and names). However, his attitude seems better after awhile. The female receptionist that we met at night was very helpful and patient.

Very close to the central train station and the eating options there (life saver since we arrived during the Christmas holidays when all shops were closed). Room was nice and clean but the pillows were awful. As in they literally inflate like a balloon when you lie in them then slowly deflate until you are left with very thin pillows. Check in took half hour (admittedly time of year) but they still hand write some things despite having computers. Not sure what’s happening there but it did delay the queue that had formed.
Otherwise okay, was expecting more for what we paid but I don’t know if this was a seasonal thing again.
Would I stay there again? Yes due to the central location and would just ask for better pillows.

The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to the central train station, which has different food choices, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. It is also close to the subway station, which makes it easy to get to different places in the town. There is a supermarket nearby.
The only downside is that the hotel doesn't do any cleaning during your stay, like taking out the trash, if you had a long stay there, you may need to take out the trash all by yourself which is a bit of an inconvenience to me.

The location is perfect. There is a grocery store in the same block, a huge train station with shops and restaurants across the street, and bus and tram stops a short walk away. The Belvedere Palace is nearby. The hotel was very quiet and we never heard any street noise or other people in the hotel. I recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Vienna, especially if you plan on using public transportation and/or visiting other cities.

Some of the amenities like the lamps and the kettle are not checked. The kettle could not switched off when the water boiled. The bulb of one of the lamp was out. The switch of the reading light was loose… etc.
