Very helpful and accommodating staff. Offered to store our bags for us after we had checked out as had late flight home. No rush to collect them. Breakfast was exceptional with a wide variety of choices.

Loved my stay! Was only here for a night but will definitely look this hotel up again if and when I come back to Vienna. It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable, and staff were super friendly. I didn’t eat breakfast or at the restaurant here but nonetheless I loved my experience here!

The hotel is in little street which is a bit difficult to see if you come from Rochugasse subway station, but the good thing is, there are two supermarkets very close to the hotel which is very convenient for you to grab some food and drinks and it is 5 minutes wall to subway station, the room is size and the bed are good but the bathroom shower booth is a bit difficult as it is double glass doors so when you are showering the water could leak from the booth and you will see large wet floor till you feet towel is soaking wet but aprat from that the overall are ok for staying.

We thought the setting in its own alley was unique but poor timing on our part meant we arrived whilst extensive external repairs were underway. That said hotel was quiet and comfortable and staff very attentive. Would stay again

Good: Location is near train station. Hofer supermarket and Chinese food are near the hotel entrance. Staff are nice and polite.
Bad: Older hotel. We killed many bugs in our one night stay. I was so afraid the bugs would go into our luggages!!! Handsoap in the restroom was empty.

Momentan eine Aussenbaustelle. Die Fenster werden ersetzt. Hoffentlich ist das erst der Anfang. Der Teppich ist bedenklich-voller Flecken(Hausschuhe wären angebracht) Zimmer sind klein und die Einrichtung hat schon bessere Jahre gesehen. Im Badezimmer flackerndes Licht und der Türrahmen verabschiedet sich vom Lack. Klar keine 4* eher zwischen 2/3. personal an der Rezeption nett.
