The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well equipped. Loved our stay.

Excellent location, room a little basic with a smell of damp.

The location is absolutely perfect. The room was clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. However, calling the place 4 star is a stretch, but it is certainly a top 3-star. We did use the "small fitness room" and found it really well outfitted for a good overall workout. We didn't take advantage of breakfast so I can't comment on that. Again, if you want a solid hotel at a fair price in a great location, you will be very happy here. We also had dinner just around the corner at a great fresh pasta place called Pasta E Vino, fresh made pasta every day and really great prices.

Breakfast was good. Room cleaning did not happen until after 3pm way too late

The hotel is in good location for walking distance to the old part on the city. The room was adequate but we didn’t like the two twin beds and would change our room based on this. The design of the bathroom was also tight fitting. We were only there 2 nights so we didn’t ask to be changed to another room. The staff were polite, and some more helpful than others.

Lots of options for breakfast. Great location close to many main attractions. Parking was a little tight onsite. Rooms were quite dusty and showers a little moldy unfortunately. The shower head was broken (but staff repaired this quickly)

When we were checking in, the gentleman standing next to us was asking for a different room because the one he was just issued was already occupied. We should have left at that. The room my husband and I were issued had black walls and the lights were horrible you could hardly tell what you were wearing. The staff brought us two extra lamps. The cleaning staff forgot several times to leave us towels, didn't take dirty cups from the morning coffee. We also asked the cleaning staff if they could vaccum the carpet after several days because it was badly needed and they never did. I would not recommend this hotel. The only redeeming quality of this hotel was Sacha from the front desk who tried to correct the situation.

Bilderna på frukosten var bättre en i verkligheten. Väldigt urplockat, vi kom 45 min efter öppnandet. Övrigt fint och bra läge.

Room was clean with nice amenities. The lobby treat table was appreciated and the water provided in the room was also nice. Location is great. Walkable to everywhere.

Great location

Our parking was taken by someone in the middle of the trip and we had to look for.another spot... the cleaning staff kept taking the carf our of the slot so we always came back to a bouling hot room in record breaking 41deg weather... the cleaning staff had to be called for cleaning on several occasions. Overall, a nice hotel, with some kinks to work through

We really enjoyed out stay at this hotel. The staff were probably the best hotel staff we have ever encountered. They were all friendly and extremely helpful. They could not do enough to make our stay special. The room and the beds were very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities, a great TV, a safe, a great shower with huge towels, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. We had everything we needed. The hotel was in a great location too, with a supermarket nearby and lots of other shops, cake and ice cream shops, bars and restaurants in LInzer Gasse. It was a 10 - 15 minute walk to the old town and Mirabelle Platz. The number 2 bus stop for the bus to return to the airport was 4 minutes away. For me, one of the most innovative things was that you could put a sign on your door to ask for the room not to be cleaned that day in return for 2 free drinks (beer or wine, or soft drink at the bar). What a wonderful idea! There was also iced water in the foyer - along with apples, sweets, almond bisuits etc. So thoughtful and generous. Great hotel. Wonderful staff and clearly - well run by managers who put their guests first! Thank you!

Rent, god frokost, litt brok fra air-conditioner. Veldig nær sentrum.
