We booked a last minute getaway and came across the Dukes Arches. The staff were extremely friendly, the hotel was really clean, and it was a 5 minute walk from the town centre. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a great location in Bruges, very close to many squares where you can dine, drink or just taking in all the historical landmarks.
The room and hotel was by far my favorite from our weeklong trip in Europe and the only regret was we wanted to stay a few more nights there. Beautiful large room, sitting areas on the main floor of the hotel with a picturesque bar and the options for the breakfast was amazing.

We liked everything inside the hotel. When you go out in the street, this isn't nice to see because there are some dismissed and ugly shops. But the Burg and the Markt are very close, and we enjoyed our holiday very much.
The girls at the reception and at the breakfast are kind and lovely.

I was upgraded to Duke's Palace, which belongs to the same hotel chain.
The hôtel is excellent, in beautiful historic building full of charm.
It is clean and confortable and they pay a lot of attention to détails.
I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely! Very close to the main areas of Bruges.
Room was spacious, quiet and well provisioned.
Staff were very helpful and the ‘free’ breakfast was not the “coffee and croissants on a tray” experience but a whole spread in a beautifully decorated sun-drenched room.
Paying extra for parking was my only negative point, Oh and some dirty marks on the rooms carpet.

Absolutely fantastic Hotel, breakfast was amazing, loads of choice and so fresh. Room was a delight, clean and very comfortable. The Hotel itself is beautifuly decorated with friendly staff. Easy walking distant to all visitors sights. Can see why it’s 4*

I was upgraded to Duke's Palace, which belongs to the same hotel chain.
The hôtel is excellent, in beautiful historic building full of charm.
It is clean and confortable and they pay a lot of attention to détails.
I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastisk hotell, kjempebra frokost, vennlig og hjelpsom betjening.
Eneste nedside var ingen stol på rommet, bare en puffe.
Hadde faktisk trnkt at vi skulle hatt sofa og bord når vi hadde bestillt "luksus-suite"

Lovely! Very close to the main areas of Bruges.
Room was spacious, quiet and well provisioned.
Staff were very helpful and the ‘free’ breakfast was not the “coffee and croissants on a tray” experience but a whole spread in a beautifully decorated sun-drenched room.
Paying extra for parking was my only negative point, Oh and some dirty marks on the rooms carpet.

Great location, great place, nice cosy and modern room. Airconditioning was a bit "windy" but can be changed in the room itself. Nice friendly and competent staff.
