Very nice hotel,in a great location, very close to metro, tram stations. The main shopping street is 1 minute away. The Grand Place 10 min walk. I noticed a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but to me it just added to the charm. The staff was helpful. I prefer Old World charm to faceless modern style hotels. So this hotel was perfect to my taste.It was also nicely decorated to Christmas getting guests in festive mood. One thing did not stand out: prior to my arrival I emailed hotel and asked to arrange an airport transfer. To which the staffer replied that they can arrange a luxury car for 114 euro.The next option the staffer offered is public transport. I do not need luxury car nor do I want to drag huge suitcase on the train, so I just took a taxi for 50 euro. While staying there I learned that hotel could have arranged much cheaper pick up using company Autolux.The staff actually called this service for me twice while I was in Brussels, including airport transfer for 42 euro when I was leaving. This is my only complain. Perhaps, the staffer gets a little something from this "luxury" transfers. Not cool. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptmarkt entfernt! Der Check-in verlief freundlich, und die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Das Hotel bietet ein Restaurant, eine Bar und natürlich Frühstück. Das Personal hätte in der Bar und beim Frühstück aufmerksamer sein können. Leider entspricht die Frühstücksauswahl nicht dem Standard des Hotels; hier besteht definitiv noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

We arrived at the hotel to a long que to be checked in, and was greated with you're room is not ready so I sat in reception with 2 kids falling alseep whilst we waited for our room, we were clearly forgotten about as i had to que again after waiting nearly an hour to get the key.

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. As a thank you, I gave her my ‘Mary’ dark chocolate truffle. Then your long-standing Concierge was my rock on departure. receive VIP treatment on arrival. The long-standing hotel Concierge was my rock when I departed. My first Uber failed to arrive. I called another one, and then a storm struck. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! I had the great pleasure of having drinks and nibbles with my friends in such a beautifully decorated room and enjoy its ambience. Merci Beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team!

We stayed four nights at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. Its location is ideal, just minutes from numerous shops, fine restaurants, Brussels Central metro station, and key tourist attractions. Shopping options nearby include well-known stores such as Zara, H&M, and many others at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh selections—fruits, juices, breads, and proteins. The front desk staff provided attentive and courteous service throughout our stay. I can confidently recommend this hotel. If you plan to visit Brussels, remember to bring an umbrella, as it rains frequently. For added convenience, the hotel also offers umbrella rentals for 2 euros for 48 hours. Immerse yourself in the charm of this city and enjoy every moment.

We arrived at the hotel to a long que to be checked in, and was greated with you're room is not ready so I sat in reception with 2 kids falling alseep whilst we waited for our room, we were clearly forgotten about as i had to que again after waiting nearly an hour to get the key.

Very nice hotel,in a great location, very close to metro, tram stations. The main shopping street is 1 minute away. The Grand Place 10 min walk. I noticed a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but to me it just added to the charm. The staff was helpful. I prefer Old World charm to faceless modern style hotels. So this hotel was perfect to my taste.It was also nicely decorated to Christmas getting guests in festive mood. One thing did not stand out: prior to my arrival I emailed hotel and asked to arrange an airport transfer. To which the staffer replied that they can arrange a luxury car for 114 euro.The next option the staffer offered is public transport. I do not need luxury car nor do I want to drag huge suitcase on the train, so I just took a taxi for 50 euro. While staying there I learned that hotel could have arranged much cheaper pick up using company Autolux.The staff actually called this service for me twice while I was in Brussels, including airport transfer for 42 euro when I was leaving. This is my only complain. Perhaps, the staffer gets a little something from this "luxury" transfers. Not cool. Other than that I definitely recommend this hotel!

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hauptmarkt entfernt! Der Check-in verlief freundlich, und die Zimmer sind geräumig und verfügen über ein Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer und ein separates WC. Das Hotel bietet ein Restaurant, eine Bar und natürlich Frühstück. Das Personal hätte in der Bar und beim Frühstück aufmerksamer sein können. Leider entspricht die Frühstücksauswahl nicht dem Standard des Hotels; hier besteht definitiv noch Verbesserungspotenzial.

This is the second time I have stayed at Hotel Le Plaza in 2025, February 2025 and October 2025. I have also stayed for varying periods over the last 3 years. Two of my previous referrals stayed with me in October 2025. I know I will be greeted at the front door, helped with my bags, followed by an efficient check-in at Reception, and a room will be ready. I was delighted to receive VIP treatment on arrival. On checkout, one of your reception staff helped me with my suitcase as workmen on Floor 6 had closed off the main lifts. As a thank you, I gave her my ‘Mary’ dark chocolate truffle. Then your long-standing Concierge was my rock on departure. receive VIP treatment on arrival. The long-standing hotel Concierge was my rock when I departed. My first Uber failed to arrive. I called another one, and then a storm struck. He remained very calm and stayed with me until it arrived. The highlight for me on this stay was to access your magnificent bar! I had the great pleasure of having drinks and nibbles with my friends in such a beautifully decorated room and enjoy its ambience. Merci Beaucoup Hotel Le Plaza Team!

We stayed four nights at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. Its location is ideal, just minutes from numerous shops, fine restaurants, Brussels Central metro station, and key tourist attractions. Shopping options nearby include well-known stores such as Zara, H&M, and many others at reasonable prices. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh selections—fruits, juices, breads, and proteins. The front desk staff provided attentive and courteous service throughout our stay. I can confidently recommend this hotel. If you plan to visit Brussels, remember to bring an umbrella, as it rains frequently. For added convenience, the hotel also offers umbrella rentals for 2 euros for 48 hours. Immerse yourself in the charm of this city and enjoy every moment.
