We highly recommend this hotel. Staff members were efficient, polite and very friendly. The WIFI worked 100% of the time. The breakfast was decent but a bit repetitive. The room was clean and of decent size. The location was perfect as we could walk to all the tourist sites + wonderful and beautiful lobby.

I stayed for two days during my business trip and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including vegetarian choices. The location is convenient, with easy walking access to the main market and nearby attractions.

Très bon séjour au Plaza Brussels. Le lit est immense, tout comme la salle de bain. Très bon petit-déjeuner également. Nous avons pu nous déplacer à pied la plupart du temps donc la localisation est aussi très bien.

Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front.

The plaza has excellent access to Rogier metro station, which gives you quick access to all of the places you’re going to want to visit as a tourist. It’s also walking distance to a number of restaurants and cafés that guests from North America will find familiar. Some of the businesses nearby cater to very grown-up clientele, and could be awkward for families with young children but, nothing that you’re not going to see elsewhere in Brussels have a quick look around in your favourite Maps app to make sure that the neighbourhood meet your expectations. It’s perfectly safe, it’s just mature.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location is perfect, close to the center but not in a loud area. Our room was huge, the bed and shower were great and the staff very polite and willing to help. Breakfast is very nice but quite expensive.

This was apretty good hotel though a bit on the old side. Everything could do with a bit of a facelift. The room I was in was comfortable and fairly clean though the walls and ceiling had cracks and there were some black spots in various places in the main bathroom (the toilet was seperate). My biggest issue was that at check in there was only only clerk working trying to do many things (check in multiple people, do concierge and also running to answer phones and open the garage door for parking). She was so kind and apologetic, but could have used help. Additionally, she did not know about the Platinum Expedia incentives for the property so I was not able to use any of them.

Globalement une bonne expérience. C'est un bel établissement historique qui mériterait quelques investissement sur les chambres qui n'ont pas étaient rénovées depuis au moins une dizaine d'années.

This was apretty good hotel though a bit on the old side. Everything could do with a bit of a facelift. The room I was in was comfortable and fairly clean though the walls and ceiling had cracks and there were some black spots in various places in the main bathroom (the toilet was seperate). My biggest issue was that at check in there was only only clerk working trying to do many things (check in multiple people, do concierge and also running to answer phones and open the garage door for parking). She was so kind and apologetic, but could have used help. Additionally, she did not know about the Platinum Expedia incentives for the property so I was not able to use any of them.

Staff was the best thing about this place - soo friendly! We only missed a better gym. Apart from that our stay was excellent!
