The front desk is open daily from 7 AM - 11 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 10:30 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. At check-in, guests must provide either a negative PCR COVID-19 test result or a record of full COVID-19 vaccination. Children under 16 years old are allowed in the wellness area (pool, spa, hammam, sauna) from 8 AM to 10 AM and from 6 PM to 8 PM only.
