Everything was great with the room. It was exactly what we expected.

Decent location. Nice room

We were meant to stay in the sister hotel, we were transferred to this hotel due to works at original booking and only notified the day before which was a bit unexpected as they must have known about the works in advance. We were promised a suite instead of superior room booked for our stay for the inconvenience. We didn't get the suite the first night but we asked why not and were told we got free breakfast instead. This was not made clear at check in. Once we questioned the situation we were upgraded to suite with terrace for remainder of stay which was a nice room. The staff were friendly and had good attitudes and were helpful. I think there could be improved communication in this hotel, for example once we were told we had free breakfast, this hadn't been passed on to the breakfast team. The hotel feels more like a 3 star but appreciate this varies by country and region. The breakfast is quite basic but good enough. The area for breakfast is quite busy and is quite tight for space. The standard room we stayed in the first night had no working air conditioning and this wasn't communicated at check in and when we told the receptionist the next day they said they knew already which raises the question as to why they didn't let us know. The room was very hot and made for a poor night's sleep, we had to open the window and there was a lot of noise outside. Sofia is a nice city, quite relaxed with good eating and drinking options. Not too much to see so allows time to relax.

Incredible breakfast including fresh Bulgarian yogurt and Honeycomb! Excellent location. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Zentral gelegen. Leider nur ganz wenige Hotelparkplätze verfügbar. Am 1. Tag der Reise musste ich auf einem Privaten bezahlten Parkplatz 300m entfernt vom Hotel parken, da nichts frei war beim Hotel obwohl ich um einen Parkplatz per Email angefragt hatte. Am 2. Tag hat es dann geklappt. Sonst alles sehr gut.

The location is great. Outlets (or extension cords) for electricly powered personal hygiene devices (like waterpik) would have been nice.

The hotel is great, perfectly located and very comfortable. The staff at the reception could be nicer and more helpful. The tram is right out the door. We’d recommend the hotel!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Sofia in questo hotel in una suite posta all’ottavo piano. Purtroppo i primi due piani sono in ristrutturazione quindi la reception si trova direttamente al secondo piano e bisogna prendere le scale per arrivarci. Le pulizie non sono il massimo e la moquette è tutta sgocciolata con sostanze a quanto pare indelebili. Abbiamo notato un forte odore di animale (cane probabilmente) che abbiamo segnalato all’hotel l’indomani ed è stato risolto. La suite era spaziosa e accogliente posta in posizione strategica. Personale gentile e accogliente, colazione abbastanza limitata ma nel complesso un buon hotel che andrebbe un po’ svecchiato.

Hotel molto buono, l'unica insoddisfazione è che nella doccia vi era lo shampoo e solo il sapone per le mani, per il corpo niente...e non credo che le mani e il resto del corpo, soprattutto le parti intime, abbiano lo stesso PH. Inoltre la colazione era molto ricca per il resto del mondo ma per noi italiani che siamo abituati a una colazione dolce era molto misera. Comunque una buona struttura.

Piano terra dell'albergo in piena ristrutturazione e non agibile, per cuu la receptiion e' stata posta al primo piano in modo arrangiato.

Great location and room configuration. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. The hair dryer situation is the worst of any hotel I have stayed at.
