I found the accommodation overall lacking in customer service and amenities. There was constant noise from the tannoy system from the school next door all day from 8am to 7pm. No lunch was offered, only room service at inflated prices. When I inquired about dinner, I was advised there was no food! My friend and I ended up at 7 11 for some dinner! Poor selection at breakfast, often frowned on for a second cup of coffee. Cold poached eggs were also served unless you specified you wanted hot eggs. There is no minibar service available although offered in the advertising. The bar fridges in the rooms are empty, and again on inquiry we were advised that they don't do that anymore. Daily housekeeping was constantly chased for water and fresh towels. I had included in my deal a spa voucher- I could not see a spa there nor was my offer mentioned at check in or any other time. No cold towel offered on arrival or any other time on return to the premises. I put in a complaint over all of this, and was offered a free cocktail or soft drink with lunch the next day. This is when I expressed there was no lunch ever offered This then was rectified to a free lunch and drink, which we declined. Although the pool area looked aesthetically pleasing, there were rats all over the garden. No complimentary airport pick up/drop off-told this changed when the new airport was built. For a place to call themselves 5 star, I would not waste the extra money per night and stay somewhere else.

Outstanding place to stay in Siem Reap. I had a mini suite which was plenty spacious with air conditioner, kitchen, king sized bed, closet, and spacious bathroom. The hotel is down an alley way off of a busy street and honestly surprised me by how well kept and beautiful it is. The entrance is amazing. The outdoor restaurant and pool at the center of the hotel are clean and well kept. The included breakfast daily at the restaurant was perfect and included a menu of western and Cambodian food. I stayed here for 2 weeks and my room was always cleaned and well attended too. Very easy to book a driver at the front desk to explore the temples or other excursions. Easily walkable area as well with countless restaurants and shops. I would easily choose this hotel again.

They forgot my welcome drink otherwise Pheng was my go to person and he arranged everything. Not sure how much spa credit but i got 1 hour foot leg arm neck shoulders massage that is the best ive had. Free breakfast and tea. My suite was palatial and took my breath away. Pheng found out that i would miss the free breakfast so he offered me a breakfast that i could take with me to the airport. Pheng totally impressed me and made my stay enjoyable

The staff was excellent and very attentive. The front desk can arrange all of your tours, trips into town and transfers to the airport. They all knew us after one hour and made us feel special with the service they provided. Very relaxing place to stay yet still close the all the dining, shopping and Pub Street entertainment.

This was a beautiful garden like setting, with a sweet pool, large rooms, excellent free breakfast and superb staff. Also, very helpful staff for coordination with guides and drivers. Breakfasts were large and living was easy here.

internet weaker than other hotels of the same class that we stayed in and the smart TV did not work even with the replacement.

We enjoyed the food, the pools, and the relaxing atmosphere, the rooms (villas) were very spacious and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and we loved the mangoes. if I visit again I will definitely stay here again..

Im Grunde ein sehr schönes Hotel aber leider überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Für den Preis ist das Hotel leider am falschen Ort. Nebenan ist eine Schule, die wirklich sehr laut ist und entspannte Minuten am Pool nicht zu lässt. Davon abgesehen gibt es nicht viele Plätze. Da alles sehr eng gebaut und schön bepflanzt wurde kommen leider auch kaum Sonnenstrahlen hindurch. Während unseres Aufenthaltes fiel dann auch noch permanent der Strom aus, so dass wir im dunklen Raum in der Dusche standen, Handy nicht laden konnten und Kaffee gab es dann auch keinen. Naja - es gibt wohl schlimmeres … aber alles im ganzen war das wohl das teuerste und schlechteste Hotel, was wir auf unserer Reise hatten.

Friendly staff but noisy and many power outings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ar Mane Village Suites. The service was welcoming and attentive. Our room was spacious and clean. Daily complementary fresh fruit and water were much appreciated. The pool was refreshing and the garden beautifully lush. We especially enjoyed the Afternoon Tea with music and tasty treats. We also enjoyed the massages offered. All in all, a very relaxing getaway and a perfect home base for excursions. Thanks to all of the wonderful staff.

Wonderful tropical setting, nice large room, great food, great service and friendly staff. Good location near Angkor temples.
