Glad to stay here. We got a lovely, huge garden view room not far from the pool. In fact, it's good that our room is not facing the pool as it would be noisy. A lot of trees and plants around our room, feel very good after a long day walking and climbing in Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom. Also a big contrast to the concrete dusty road outside. Anyone who stays at the hotel building won't see much of the trees--only when going to breakfast room. Staying in wooden room is nicer than in hotel building. When we arrived, they asked if we wanted to change to the hotel room, of course not! Facilities: Big and clean outdoor swimming pool, nice to see sunrise. Good breakfast more than enough with international food: rice, noodle, eggs station, salad station, breads, desserts, bacon- sausages, etc. We didn't use the gym or indoor swimming pool Hotel is very big, for those who don't like to walk, there is hotel shuttle from lobby to the room. Concierge is helpful, suggested a tuk-tuk driver who took us around for three days to see all important temples. Location: Not too far from the market, USD 8 on tuk-tuk roundtrip or USD 5 for one way, about 10 minutes. About 15 mins from the airport. Really like the place

Het hotel wordt voornamelijk bezocht door Chinese en Koreaanse toeristen die slechts enkele dagen blijven en de tempels bezoeken. Dat betekent dat er tussen 11.00 en 15.00 hrs er vrijwel niemand is. Wij (zijn er 14 dagen verbleven) hadden het zwembad in die tijd bijna altijd voor onszelf ! Wij hadden een Villa bij het zwembad . Kamer in buitenste ring van villas misschien beter ivm chinese gasten die vroeg in de ochtend gaan zwemmen. Kamer is ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Bedden zijn tamelijk hard. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd maar vooral op Chinese gasten toegespitst. De dames in de ontbijtruimte doen alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Gratis transport van en naar de luchthaven. Wij hadden een geweldige prijs voor $ 50 per nacht.

The experience was mediocre right from the start when the pick up wasn’t on time, then the room allotted had to be changed twice as the first room allotted was supposed to have some known pipe issues, the second room allotted was already occupied! When room service was ordered, the used soup bowl wasn’t removed for two days! Room service cleaning was requested but didn’t happen till the evening where the staff had to be reminded.

2020年1月に宿泊しました。良かった点と改善点を記載します。参考になればと思います。 良かった点 ①ホテルのプールはとても広く、いつも空いている。 ②プールは夜も22時まで泳げる。 ③ロビーと部屋までの移動はバギーを頼むが依頼したらすぐ来る。 ④イレギュラー対応がしっかりしている。（鍵の部屋忘れやアメニティの準備忘れも即対応。） ⑤基本フロントからスタッフまで問題解決への意欲が高い。 ⑥バスタブがデカい ⑦レイトチェックアウトの時間で交渉できる。（無料かは交渉次第） 改善点 ①蚊が多い。締め切っていてもバンバン入ってくる。蚊取り線香必須。 ②1階プールサイドに泊まったが部屋の窓が小さいので終日電気ON ③ありがちだが中国系・韓国系が多いため騒がしい。壁も薄いので夜中うるさい。 ④近隣に店がなく（近くにコンビニショップと屋台はちょっとある）移動は市内までタクシー。シャトルバスは無い。 ⑤HOTELS.comに依頼した内容が全く通っていないため現地で再度交渉＋追加代金。納得していないし残念。（3人予約で費用も払ったが3人目の追加代金取られかつエクストラベットも無かった。ホテル側もHOTELS.comからのリファレンスを把握していない様子だった。（名前と国籍くらいしか知らなかったのでは？）人数も部屋のリクエストもほとんどダメ。空港送迎だけ時間通りだった。なおHOTELS.COMだけでは不安だったので事前にフロントMGRとやり取りしたがそれも共有されていないためその文章をフロントで見せて１つづつ確認した。 ⑥朝ごはんで家族がおなかを壊した。鮮度管理が少しいい加減かも知れません。あと美味しくありません。

古いせいか部屋のクローゼットの扉が歪んでいた。 とにかく掃除が出来ていない。 朝食の種類も少ない。毎日ほぼ同じものなので飽きる。 プールとヴィラはリゾート感があってよかった。

It was a nice stay enjoyed it being so quiet

The environment is beautiful and quiet. The front desk service is very good and the restaurant's is a little bit worse.

Personal extremadamente amable, habitaciones Grandes y confortable, desayuno muy variado.

Service was amazing! Stayed in one of the rooms in the new villa. Even though it’s new, there’s some signs of wear and tear. I’d recommend staying here if you don’t mind the extra distance from the centre of Siem Reap!

プールもスパも朝食も充実してました。

It found that the bed sheet and quilt cover didn’t change at all. The floor is so dirty as I found dead inserts on the floor. I have requested late check out when I checked in and it has confirmed. On my last day, I got disturbed from the door knock twice by the staff to check my checking out time which is so annoying and I can’t rest well. I was out for sunrise and it disturbed me to rest.

Swimming pool was murky. It’s a bit rundown I would give it a four star rating but is peaceful and the staff are very nice. Love the setup of the whole hotel you feel like your in the forest.

2回目の宿泊です。プールの周りのヴィラがお勧めです。リゾート地気分を味わえます。朝ごはんのヴィッフェも色々な種類あります。繁華街からは遠いですがトゥクトゥクで3〜4ドル。不便は感じません。

The hotel and rooms were beautiful, we loved the villas, they were a perfect look and style for us. The service was very good, friendly and helpful. Overall the food was very good, huge breakfast buffet. The kids enjoyed the relaxing time in the pool which was beautiful. This stay was at the end of our trip and as far as hotels go couldn't have asked for much more.

You can see that it was a grand, luxurious hotel originally. There were some furnishing choices that reveal it's age. Overall, the villa was spacious, comfortable, well maintained and elegant. The breakfast buffet was spectacular. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would come back here. Despite it being the off season, everything was still well tended. The hotel is about 15 min away from the real action of downtown. Pro was the quiet, peaceful and the lovely tropical setting. Con was the constant need for transport. We befriended Tuk Tuk Brothers driver, Mr. Long, whom we contracted with for our entire stay. He was incredibly polite, helpful, drove cautiously and acommodating.

Siamo stati 5 giorni in questo hotel. Nel complesso la struttura è molto bella, ma è vecchia, tante cose rotte. Il servizio è pessimo, in piscina dovevamo acquistare per avere gli asciugamani oppure andare a chiedere anche se il personale erano fermi a chiacchierare. I prezzi sono altissimi nei confronti di quello che c'è fuori. Non tornerò più.

Staffs are very friendly, buffet for breakfast is great. Room is clean and peaceful . A bit far from city center though

It is a spacious property with local feel though it also has a modern building being part of the resort which makes it looks like a confused business. The staff are nice but level of service is not standard. It is sold as 5 stars hotel but I did not feel like 5 stars standard. The room is nice and spacious but outdated. The hotel is a distant to town. The first time I ordered my transport to town after told there is no free shuttle though it was only 6pm. The next door I was offered a free shuttle to town but only one way and the shuttle service ran till 2pm. I certainly could not see this is a five star hotel service. The breakfast has great selection next to large swimming pool but the atmosphere is dark and the food presentation is again more equal to 4 stars hotel. If you don't mind a "5 stars" hotel with a budget value and feel, then this is a good place to be.
