the room was extremely neglected , toilet was cracked front of bowl middle down , no hot water them saying it was winter need to let it run 20 minutes and no hot water went and checked two other rooms and the same thing ,they offered to move to another room but had no hot water there either so why even move the hassel of packing up and moving to still have no hot water ,that was after DEALING WITH THE TV THAT HAD A PICTURE IN THE CORNER AND THEY COULDNT FIX SAYING IT WAS MY LAPTOP I HAD HOOKED UP UNTILL THEY BROUGHT ANOTHER TV AND WORKED FINE AS THE OTHER ONE THE REMOTE WOULDNT DO ANYTHING, all in all i WILL NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND WILLL RECOMEND NOT TO GO THERE EVER AT ALL UNDER NO SURCUMSTANCES ,as well says is hotub and pool on property and not true as well laundry available but couldnt get axcess to that room to do as well nice machine was in there and no axcess its completely dispicable place everyone aside from one person i dealt with was rude and unable to solve the issues , if want disappointment go ahesd im sure they will help you explicidley , good luck

We went fishing before we checked in and got there at 3;30 .We were wet and cold .We were looking forward fora hot shower but there was no hot water. Tried a couple times that evening but no hot water.In the morning we tried again but no hot water. Also when we got there the tv and receiver wasn’t plugged in so I had to put the dresser away from the wall to plug it in also I had to be careful not to let the tv fall over.Another thing is we got some ice from the machine at 4 o’clock and went back for more at 6 o’clock and it was locked up. Another thing they had 2 little glasses and 1 coffee cup. I am very disappointed with that inn and will never go back.From now on I’m going to check the reviews before I book anything. Unhappy visitor

Booked on Expedia stayed one night. Was good except for holes in the walls.

Served its purpose as a place to sleep and shower for a tournament weekend in Kamloops. Includes a “breakfast”. This property has monthly residents some might think are sketchy but are harmless.

Front desk girl is unfriendly and rude, no hi no thank you no please. Room condition is rundown. Bathroom fan is stuck and noisy. Bedroom door is broken off the hinge. Window is not shutting properly. It was cold and noisy from the outside. Carpet is dirty filthy. Breakfast is only a name breakfast. Hardly anything eatable but thanks for the coffee. I guess price was OK so you get what you pay for. Or better more expensive hotels in the area.

The room was very clean, good size, towels were clean, friendly staff.

There was no hot water in my room. I asked the front desk lady and she would not say anything. The key card would not work more rhen once and I got looked at funny when i had two bowls of cereal.

Staff is always great, room is what i expect for the price and always clean and secure.

Okay, walls were dirty, spots here and there, bed was comfortable, room was warm, small and cozy. Pic showed a love seat, we had a small chair. Cheap and affordable.

There could have been a coffee maker in the room. The rooms could be upgraded.

After hours check in was terrible service. Took them 15 mins to come to the front counter and left us waiting out in the cold. Then they were just rude to us making us feel as if we inconvenienced them. The young woman spoke so fast and mumbled all her words we had to ask to repeat our room number 3 times. Our room wasn’t very clean and the shower didn’t work. When we complained about it they gave us a downgraded smaller room with a smaller bed even though we paid for the bigger room/bed and our second room had a blanket on the bed that looked like it was taken out of the trash it was so full of holes. The “continental breakfast” consisted of boxed cereal with no milk to pour on it. Overall a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay.
