Room was clean, and had what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is congested and small, but not other options for property size. Washing machine was adequate, however the dryer was not working properly and we had to hang clothes in the room to finish drying overnight. Breakfast was a small selection, but more than adequate for us

It's Ok to stay... It's really a budget hotel... For the money probably can't get better but need to lower your expectation too... No daily cleaning or new towels provided so if you plan multiple days better to bring your own... Parking is provided but space is limited so first come first serve thing... Room was not cleaned properly but at least bedding was OK and kinda comfortable... Pool is out of service... I not recomended for everyone only for who can't afford more expensive ones...

The staff is great. The rates are good. But mattresses are not great. Don’t book if you have back issues. The ownership REALLY needs to reinvest in the rooms. They’ve already done floors which are wonderful, but the door frames need paint. Any room we’ve been in needs wall repair. Close 5 rooms at a time and get at it. But the staff is great.

We stayed 1 night in a room with a 2 "queen beds" (were actually double beds) and a kitchenette. 4 people on the reservation and 4 people staying in the room. Enough utensils and linens for 2 people only. Dirty utensils in the cutlery drawer. 2 pillows on each bed. Mattresses are rock hard. Pillows are thin as paper. Would not recommend anyone to stay here and we will not stay here again.

Room was dirty with the tub full of water when i moved in. Breakfast was only cold options and in such a tiny area of the office where all the zillions of people could barely climb over each other to grab a slice of bread which disappeared in seconds. Ultimately I just went to the nearby Tim Hortons. Swimming pool is non existent in case someone expects that. And the stairs to go upstairs has filthy carpets throughout. I think they should move to tiles instead as a more hygienic option. Will not recommend this place.

The property is worn and not clean at all. The room assigned to us wasn't the same as shown in the picture when we booked it on Expedia. The amenities in the room weren't adequate for our family; The bed was dirty when we checked in and we had to ask for additional bedsheets so that we can change them with the dirty sheets.

Best Budget Inn was comfortable, quiet, cool and clean in the room but the outside areas needed work. Needs more power receptacles. The indoor pool was being used for storing old furniture. Stairs were dicey. Breakfast was OK but items (cereals, waffles, juice, yogurt) were depleted by half time.

Toilet plugged in our room, the second plunger I was given allowed me to fix it myself! The second lock on the door was broken, the Kleenex box in the bathroom had two tissues in it, no plugs for the sink or bathtub, no face cloths. We were given two room cards to unlock our room, only one worked - went to the office twice to get it working, with no luck so I gave up. The bed mattress was great though!

Rooms had very stained and dirty carpets. The pool looks to have been closed a long time with no hope of opening back up. The room also smelled heavily of marijuana. Got us through the night, but wouldn't stay here again.

For the price point: great! However our king size room with sofa bed was marginally stocked: we had one bath sheet and one towel, and the sofa bed pulls to a single. Thankfully we had an air mattress as we’ve been camping prior to check in, and fortunately we had our sleeping bags as there was no spare linens to be found in the room. By the time we figured that out, the kids were exhausted and navigating staff was low on the priority list. The bed itself in 220 was sinking in the middle, but we didn’t have the time to speak with the reception staff to give them a heads up on our way out (Sorry!) The pool is closed, continental breakfast was sparsely supplied with arguably the hottest lobby possible. Parking was totally fine imo. The new flooring in the room looks great, I’m sure the owners are slowly and surely making progress.
