Room was perfect as you would expect from a BW. Workout area and pool were adequate. What really stood out was the pride an older gentleman took in keeping the breakfast immaculate. He was curteous, kept everything to an exceptional standard and really seemed to enjoy his role.

Stayed one night during a getaway in Gaspé. We were very impressed with this place. Amazing view, fantastic, friendly staff. Very very good value overall. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to the opportunity to stay there again.

We arrived late for check in. 10:20pm There was no employee in the hotel for nearly 40 minutes. We called every number which went to the front desk and looped back to a menu. At nearly 40 minutes an employee walked into the hotel, into the office and then slowly made his way to the desk, he only said 4 words to us as we checked in after booking another spot and now have to cancel…. He couldn’t care less. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. Poor attitude, Poor service. 0 out of 10.

Clean and good quality room, bare minimum quality service, our room was situated close to the lobby which was it was super loud at night due to overflow from the restaurant (people watching hockey), and the breakfast buffet offerings were really limited (they usually have a bigger spread on weekends). Not as impressed this visit (2nd time booking here).

Horrible! The room had a dingy musty smell that is overpowering enough to make my eyes water. Neither the tub nor sink drained. Loud HVAC enough that the adjoining room’s will keep you awake. Laminate floors….gross!

Front desk refused to help with excessive noise. We stay in hotels twice a month for sports so we know to expect the sound of kids running and playing. But this was the worst I’ve ever experienced. Five trips to the front desk over two hours and no help. Was told maybe they were a little “heavy footed”. Young man by the name of Jeremy is working in the wrong industry. Should not be helping people, needs some manners.

Vending machines oudated and not working. Horrible service front desk will not go into details. Sofa in room a king suite was fake leather and major cracks and peeling seen better in a low buget Horror movie. Fake leather sticking to our clothes. Room was clean and bathroom was very nice bed was very comfortable. Parking had dead pigeon walking in to entrance still there next day.
