The location is great. Our room was room 960 on the 9th floor. It had two queen size beds, a big desk, a kitchen table and chairs and a kitchenette. The size was great. The bathroom was ok but a little tight. When you go in, you must go to the side of the toilet or behind the door to actually close as it layout is very awkward. If you sit on the toilet you cannot close the door so i stead of these doors, they should invest into pocket doors. The shower head water pressure was a bit low. There are laundry/drier facilities which we used once. They take coins(bring your own pods and dryer sheets). The breakfast was very simple but hood enough for this type of hotel. There were two types of (buffet-style) breakfast alternating from day to day. No veggies, but apples and oranges available. Coffee, tea, juice, water, eggs scrambled or omelette, plus boiled , toast, bagels, muffins, bacon, sausages, oatmeal, make yourself yogurt station parfait, make yourself waffles, milk, cereal. I wish there were fresh veggies available.
There is a sauna and a gym which we did not use do to leaving very early each day on our tours and coming back late.
Front desk staff - fantastic. Thank you!
However, the house cleaning was not so good. Beds not made well, some products not replenished so
we had to write a note next day. Used bottles of shampoo or conditioner not-picked up from the tub any day!
These things should be noted, but overall, a good hotel. I would recommend staying here.
