Best western ripped me off $100 they were going to refund me $100 fir my damage deposit and accidentally charged me another 100 and then only refunded me the original 100 dollars

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hot tub is great. I've never had the breakfast so I can't comment on it

Breakfast omelette was cold hashbrowns cold The rest of stay was great but found the king bed was very short for a tall person but overall was pretty decent

I am attending a Rehabilitation Program in Prince Albert with CBI Health. The location of this hotel is literally 500 meters away. On warmer winter days, I simply walk. No driving. This hotel has thought of almost everything. The hotel is newer and very appealing to see. Very clean! Immaculate! The staff are very friendly. My room was beautiful. Up to date. Very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of pillows. Plenty of towels. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers right in the shower. Blow dryer as well. Kleenex dispenser. Extra blankets in the closet. Iron and ironing board. The suite had a kitchen. Full fridge so I could freeze my ice packs for my injury. Kitchen has a 2 burner stove top. A sink. A microwave. A dishwasher. The kitchen was equipment with pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery

Room was very clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable with very nice duvets. Slept like babies!

It was a clean room, the staff were friendly. The only issues were 2 out of 3 towels had staining in them and my comforter had a large rip in it. I notified the front desk staff about the comforter but nothing was done about it. The room I stayed in was facing a work yard so it was a little noisy in the early morning.
