Wasn’t able to check into my room at 4:39am bc they didn’t allow me too. Lost 200$ just like that

Someone across the hall from us stole our door dash From Dairy Queen

The only thing is housekeeping didn’t replenish toilet paper, tissue or shampoo/conditioner and makeup wipes. But everything was spotless and comfortable

We had to switch rooms because the sheets were dirty and stained, the guy that worked the front desk was really understanding and helpful and made sure the room we moved to was clean. I appreciate that worker and he would be the reason I would return and the stars aren’t any lower. When I was checking out the new worker asked about my stay and I told her about the room change and why and she immediately said “since you didn’t book directly with us but through a third party (Expedia) there isn’t anything I can do for you.

Room was great, staff were great. Kids loved the pool! Definitely will be back!

Room was excellent, and very friendly staff, helpful, and also called to make sure everything was okay, now who does that, Best Western Premier, If i ever come to Prince Albert again, this is definitely the spot for me.

Comfortable bed

When the fold out couch was pulled out there was a bunch of chicken bones and garbage behind it. Disgusting!!!!

The room was spotless and smelled good

The light around the tv didn't work. The staff were great. There was no bacon

Best western ripped me off $100 they were going to refund me $100 fir my damage deposit and accidentally charged me another 100 and then only refunded me the original 100 dollars

Rooms are always clean and comfortable. Hot tub is great. I've never had the breakfast so I can't comment on it

Breakfast omelette was cold hashbrowns cold The rest of stay was great but found the king bed was very short for a tall person but overall was pretty decent

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, the beds were comfy , the breakfast was hot and had all you would want
