The property had multiple issues and Felix the property manager through bright stays never answered a message the whole time. Fire alarm beeped ever 2 seconds the whole trip. Our door handle came off trapping us in our room for 10 min till I figured it out. I would highly recommend not staying at this place or with this rental company. Terrible

The space is great. The parking is free in the garage, but very confusing. The area is great. Very close to the CN Tower. Plenty of shops, restaurants, etc. Very safe and walkable. The 2nd bedroom is NOT a bedroom. It's a converted office/cubby. Basically a bed in a corner with a sliding curtain put up.

Close to Roger’s Stadium is what we wanted. We walked to all areas

The price is too high for the quality offered. While the building is in a good location and the apartment was clean, it is in need of a thorough renovation. There are several minor issues throughout: the kitchen appliances are old and worn, some electrical outlets don’t work, the bathroom drain is not functioning properly, and the furniture is also quite worn.

You can walk to mostly everywhere and the location is only a couple blocks from the CN Tower

We enjoyed our stay at Bightstays, though things could have been smoother with earlier communications re check-in procedures. We still didn't know exactly what to do until 1 hour before we could check-in. Some initial guidance on what's involved, parking etc would have helped. The apartment was clean and as described, though could have done with additional utensils etc for cooking. Great to have parking and a great location. Overall a good place to stay and could be even better with some small improvements.

The communication is terrible. I tried to have the informations for the check-in 2 days prior to our arrival as it is mentionned on expedia. No answer. The day before i send the question back and a few hours later the answer me to contact them the day of our arrival. I send them a text message 2h before our arrival and the didn’t answer so when we arrived we didn’t where to go or where to park. We tried to call but no answer. We sent another text message to say that we were there and we didn’t know we to go. The called us after a few minutes later to tell us that the were sending the informations for the check-in. The instruction are quite long and since ee didn’t have them prior to our arrival and it’s not conventionnal instructions we had a lot of trouble to get the keys and to park ghe car. It was a terrible situation. I don’t recommend to anyone. The amenities are very poor. We were 5 and they didn’t provide any sheets or covers for the sofa bed. The forniture is very cheep, the shower was dirty. Very very bad experience.

L'appartement était propre et l'emplacement dans la ville est très bien. Par contre, les rideaux sont tellement abimés qu'il fait extrêmement clair dans la chambre le matin et le bruit des trains peut déranger le soir et le matin. Aussi les accès aux étages et garage est assez compliqué et long avec les fob et ascenceur

Liked - near Roger’s Centre for baseball, grocery store, downtown. Didn’t Like - not allowed in until 4:50 PM and had to waste time in area with our luggage. Also, door handle to balcony broken, drapes don’t fully cover windows so very light in mornings, 3 bowls in kitchen (really?), furnace really noisy. No dresser in bedroom. Could use just a folding luggage stand in bedroom so my suitcase isn’t on the ground in the closet.

Absolutely terrible experience. The property owner asked us to message her before arrival, which we did one hour prior, but when we got there, the unit old and not clean to a normal apartment. On top of that, the listing was completely misleading. The gentelman that showed us the apartment was very kind. This was by far our worst travel experience, and we’re done booking anything other than official hotels on Expedia. If you value your peace of mind, avoid these misleading and poorly managed properties! Very poorly maintained. Location was excellent, remodeling is overdue.

There was a little mix up or miscommunication and I was put in the wrong room. Was a little alarming/ concerning when I came back to my room with a note implying I was in the wrong room and that someone was in my rental while I was not present. Even though I throughly followed the in instructions I was sent for check in. The room was not the cleanest, and there was several little holes and chips in walls, floors and floors boards and furniture, that I hope I will be charged for a damage feee cause the only thing I used the room for was to sleep. Cannot upload a video bit did take one just to cover my tracks. Overall was a nice place and good location but the whole room mix up situation was very concerning

Don't recommend the stay, the owner of the property gave me instructions to do checkin in another apartment which was not the one mentioned in hotels.com. He was not helpful in doing the check in. Don't recommend this place.

Great spot for a few nights. The condo is a bit rough around the edges but again was perfect for a few nights to sleep and eat. Close to everything downtown

The location is the only redeeming part about this property. The communication was poor and we didn’t get any instructions until we had to call them. Things felt cheap and kept falling off (knobs, faucet etc.) the couch was disgusting, and the thermostat wasn’t working when we first arrived. The first night was so hot that my baby broke out into a heat rash. When I communicated this to the number I was supposed to connect with if I had problems, they said that nothing was mentioned by the previous guest or the cleaners as if I was making it up? What kind of service is that… it wasn’t until I reset the power breaker and completely turned off the thermostat that it went back to normal. This was not worthy the price tag. They need to up their customers service as well as the upkeep of the condo itself.

Furniture was torn and dirty.

We were very happy with the location of this property. Very easily walkable to all the attractions we were looking to visit. Communication was easy. Check-in and check-out instructions very simple to follow. We would stay here again!

The property's location is great, the building and in general the property are good. The host's communications can be improved. We never received answers to most of our questions or concerns, which was quite stressful. There is some noticeable damage in the walls and furniture, so we wanted someone to acknowledge them , but nobody did. The bathtub was clogged, so I had to unclog it. The checkin was very late (5pm). . Other than that, we had no issues
