This is the first time I've rented a condo instead of a hotel and I really enjoyed it. The condo was the perfect size for what we needed and within walking distance to everything. Check-in was was easy although we weren't sure if our truck would fit in the underground parking. There were no height restrictions on the description when I was booking and although we did fit they may want to include that. I would definitely look into renting a condo again instead of a hotel. Unfortunately this had a no cancellation policy so if something does happen and you can't make it you're stuck. I did consider not renting for this reason and although it did work out for us it may be a deterrent for renting again. I was a bit annoyed that Expedia added their "service fee" AFTER I booked and there was the "no cancellation" policy in place so I couldn't cancel. I rented the condo because it was cheaper than the hotel we were looking at but with the fee it came to the same price. Maybe the fee was in the fine print but I didn't see it so buyer beware! Overall it was still a good experience.

This is a new building in a great location. The unit itself is in new condition. However, this seems to be a strange rental. There is no one onsite to assist and there are no amenities as a 'hotel'. Rather, it's like an air b n b. Another thing, is there was a smell in the unit when first entering, as though the floor was mopped with dirty water. I ended up wiping the floor down with disinfectant wipes and removed quite a bit of dirt/grime. Overall I would rate this place as good, the cleanliness issues are solvable

Não prestei atenção quando fiz a reserva de que se tratava de um apartamento e não de um hotel. Assim que cheguei e segui os passos que me foram indicados via e-mail e entrei no prédio o zelador me abordou e não de saber que eu havia alugado o apartamento, disse que o propósito não era esse e sim aluguel por mês,mas falou ok, que eu não Tinha como saber... o apartamento é bom, confortável. Mas eu pessoalmente prefiro Hotel. Pra quem for ficar mais tempo acho interessante, tem até máquina de lavar e passar roupas.

Room was close to my conference and to many amenities in Downtown Ottawa. Very convenient. However, the area is also a little sketchy, with a few homeless shelters and many people walking around aimlessly. Not for the faint of heart. The room itself was pretty clean, although I found hair in a couple of areas of the bathroom and I hate that. Some bottled water in the fridge would have been nice. Netflix was available, but very few TV channels. This was frustrating. Also, no TV in the bedroom. The pillows were marginally acceptable, but the bed itself was okay. The suite is quite bright and the seamless check in and out process was great. I used the gym and it was adequate for what I needed. I didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared to be well stocked although I suspect some of the condiments and other supplies are carried over from previous guest. This in of itself is unsanitary. I like the iron. Good weight and efficient, however the ironing board was flimsy, not very high and narrow.

I stayed here for one night while in town on business and my stay was fantastic! Right from the beginning, the host was very easy to deal with and getting into the suite was simple. It's a very nice big, bright condo with floor to ceiling windows and top notch decorating. The unit was spotless when I arrived. High end kitchen finishings and all of the cooking utensils and cutlery that one could have wanted. There was even a nice little welcome basket waiting on the counter. I would highly recommend this accommodation. It is right in the middle of Byward Market. Across the street from a grocery store and a liquor store. Walking distance to all of the cool attractions in Ottawa or a $5 Uber ride to pretty much anywhere downtown. I really enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay here again in the future when I visit Ottawa!

We booked through Expedia but we were not made aware of the $100 extra fees until after the fact. Also weren't made aware it was AirB&B until after the fact. Facility had no accessible television despite premium rate. also weren't made aware of premium for parking until later. We were accused of stealing keys by both Expedia and property manager; which we didn't, which they admitted later. Very frustrating. Would advise others to beware.

I had a great stay in this excellent suite. It is literally steps from the Byward market and a 5 minute walk up Rideau St. to Parliament Hill. It was comfortable, immaculately clean and the furnishings looked brand new. I have been telling my friends about it and hope to stay there again the next time I visit Ottawa!

I had a great stay in this excellent suite. It is literally steps from the Byward market and a 5 minute walk up Rideau St. to Parliament Hill. It was comfortable, immaculately clean and the furnishings looked brand new. I have been telling my friends about it and hope to stay there again the next time I visit Ottawa!
