Cleanliness and being safe.

Construction around the whole area for blocks. Room was clean but there looked to be blood stains all over the carpet. Front desk staff was very accommodating

Other than there being no temperature control in the room and it being so hot I had to sleep with the window open and it being -2c it was not bad. Convenient location next to metro, easy to find and accessable, lots to do nearby and in a quiet area.

Hotel was great. Only problem was the construction on the street. A very convenient location otherwise. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel is not convenient at all. Property has construction right out front making parking confusing. Had to call the hotel for clarification because it looks like the road is closed to the hotel. No prior warning about the construction was provided. The room was well kept but very small. Only suitable for a one night stay, wouldn’t recommend for longer. They provide you with an ice bucket but there are no ice machines. There is a vending machine that says it takes cards but it doesn’t. There is no option for bills, bring coins, preferably quarters as most loonies are rejected. The room had a great size mini fridge but no microwave. Bathroom looks newly renovated but definitely done as a landlord special. Hallway and stairways make it look like a dive, completed with puke and blood stains. Wifi works really well, shockingly. The one clerk was friendly and professional however her counterpart was useless and couldn’t be bothered to make pleasantries with the guests. She preferred to stay sitting on the counter and look annoyed that you were checking in. If you ask the one worker for help she will blankly stare at you and just point to the one woman who was doing literally everything.

The stay at Econo Logde was very good. The room was small and clean, had all the necessary amenities. The check-in and check out procedures were quick and smooth. Staff was super friendly.The hotel is nearby to a metro station, was easy to access the public transportation. The only issue was the road was under construction on which the hotel is located. Other than that, my overall stay was excellent for 2 nights.

I liked the hotel and the amenities available (breakfast). They have a Keurig coffee machine with a variety of options. The parking lot is underground and across the street, which if you go during Winter time, could be an inconvenience, but not for us though. We love Winter time... During the time we spent in the hotel (Feb 2025), the City was running some renovations on the front building therefore there were lots of obstacles on the left side of the street. Because we stayed there during one weekend, I cannot tell if it is noisy during their working period. Summary: We enjoyed our stay and the price was great too.

Reserved a room with a queen bed, received a room with a double/full sized bed. The fan in the bathroom runs whenever the light is on, but an odor would come from the fan when it was running. There were times we had to leave the bathroom to air out form the fan after only brushing teeth/getting ready for bed. Staff was very helpful and pleasent. Breakfast was well stocked, and offered a good amount of variety of food and drink.

There were some disturbance from outside the room but I didn't mind it. The bathroom door is touching the floor so if you want to close it you need to lift the door the whole way. The door fixure need to be repaired. I needed a room for a night for convenience and service was simple and efficient. Thanks!

Convenient to subway and lots of good restaurants by UQOM.
