Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Windsor

Great place to stay! I've stayed here many times over the last decade and would recommend.

Friendly front staff and easy check-in. Hotel clean and good breakfast 🍳

The room wasn’t made up, The heating made loud noise at night. The TV back was full of dust. Paper plates and plastic silverware for breakfast.

Early checkin was fantastic we arrived early and no problem doing so. Room clean, but chilly couldn't figure out heat. Shower luke warm but overall it was lovely

The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The worst part was I had no hot water when i went to shower. I was offered to switch rooms but i declined

The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. I would not recommend room 212. It is right above the reception area and the front door.The music plays all night in the lobby and without earplugs or a white noise machine,it could keep you awake.

Clean room. Good breakfast. Very friendly and a lovely staff.

The staff were all excellent and very pleasant to talk with. The check is was fast and simple and even got checked in an hour early. The room was spotless, very spacious and the bath was outstanding. The TV was huge with what looked like more channels than anyone would need, but all we wanted was local news and information and we could not find that. The breakfast seemed good and was well stocked and presented. However the hashbrowns and meat seemed to be reheated or old and were not good. The eggs were perfect and the waffle was very good but got cold very fast. The coffee was excellent. We found the location was perfect for this trip and others in the months ahead, and the parking was great also.

This was our second time staying at this hotel and it was great! Rooms are very clean, location is very convenient and staff are all really nice. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

I’ve been coming here for years and spending about a night or two since early 2020. Maybe 12-24 nights a year. During this visit there was a leak in the washroom because of which the bathroom was flooded. Not so much it took them 2-3 minutes to mop it up. But later they blamed me for it and made me pay for the room below which they had to vacate due to water damage. Sounds like a maintenance issue to me. You were getting my business for 5 years that too on a consistent basis. This was definitely my last stay at the Hampton Inn. Which I would jokingly call my home in Windsor with my colleagues. Not anymore.
