The walls are incredibly thin—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms, including conversations, TV noise, and even people walking around or using the bathroom. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The hotel is currently under renovations, which wasn’t clearly communicated. When we arrived, nothing in our room was plugged in—lights, fridge, microwave, etc.—so we had to set everything up ourselves. We also received a text saying we could reach out for anything we needed, but when we did, we were told to come down and get it ourselves, which was disappointing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had.

The breakfast was really good with many options … and food was still hot and seasons well… they are not under construction which sucks for parking

Newly renovated so feels new. Clean and well located close to the number 2 highway. The free breakfast is really good!

Great room with comfy bed - very clean everywhere. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. There is tons of choices at the breakfast bar so you will not be disappointed. Definitely recommend this hotel! Easy access to everything by Ellerslie including IKEA

This is my second time staying at this hotel, the buffet breakfast is really good, rooms are newly renovated so they’re very clean and staff is wonderful!

the property is undergoing renovations - we were NOT made aware of this when booking

The guests that were staying above us were very loud for about 2 hours on the second night of our stay and the staff did very little to keep them quiet and respectful of us. Iasked to talk to the manager at checkout and still have not been contacted and it has now been nearly 8 hours. Very disappointed at this point.

Check in process was friendly and efficient. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Property and main areas clean. Breakfast was well stocked with a good selection of hot and cold choices. All staff interactions were friendly. Will definitely return.

Hotel had a good breakfast selection and rooms were clean. The only downside was we had kids above us that kept making loud noises but after reporting to hotel staff, they took care of it right away. Also one of our bed was also squeaky when you turn during sleepling. Overall it was good.

The hotel is under the renovations, but we were given the fourth floor, which has already been renovated and looks awesome. The pool and Hot Tub were great breakfast in the morning was awesome.

The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. We were welcomed. Our room was comfortable quiet and clean. We overall enjoyed our stay. Recently renovated room but taps in shower fully to hot would only give warm water. Not a good shower experience
