We had an excellent stay here. The new renovations were great.

Recently renovated room but taps in shower fully to hot would only give warm water. Not a good shower experience

The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, they have a very good breakfast, the amenities and condition were not quite there yet as they are in the middle of a renovation but I am sure it will be wonderful when the renovation is complete, I will gladly stay there again.

Expedia listing did not mention renovations and it was quite loud above our room until about 9:30. We also wanted to use the hot tub but we checked twice and it was lukewarm. We were told it would be ready to use the same evening but it was still lukewarm around 7. We didn’t check again.

The hotel was under renovations and the floor we were staying on had construction material and furniture in the hallways and our room had begun to be painted…trims and ceiling very recently and the smell was extremely strong. Overall not a great stay at all

The lady who checked me in was very friendly.

The breakfast provided with the room rate was the best we have ever had - so much variety, well organized, clean and very spacious. We will book again.

Overall stay was pleasant, breakfast and cleanness was great.

meh power plugs didnt work n kinda noisy n toilet didnt flush well n plugged sink n tub food wasnt that good only thing was coffee was good

The staff in the reception area and breakfast people are doing their job well. The room was ok. However, the bathroom in room 125 where I stayed overnight need to be check and reported by cleaning staff assigned to clean the room. There’s a crack on the vinyl flooring of the shower area and it was not a small crack but a big one like the size of a regular saucer. That’s need attention coz I guess it’s been like that For several months as it shown on the stain surrounding the crack area. Guest might get trip and hurt on their feet. So, do the repairs as soon as possible don’t wait for another guest to complain. I didn’t complain and request to be move to another room as I’m just staying overnight and I’m tired already. I just want to sleep.

Overall, Everything was good and up to my standards. Room was clean and staff were helpful. However, it puts a damper on the quality of stay when there are full on renovations happening.

The roomnwas spotless. Hassle free check in and out. Quiet and spacious room.
