There were kids screaming and playing in the hallway early morning for 1.5 hrs. I called to let someone know and each time they came up they were quiet. I took a video from my bed for how loud it was. Shame on the parents! It’s a hotel and not great wolf lodge.

Staff and service were over and above. Will definitely stay again.

From the moment you walk in, you feel like your at home, front desk reception always friendly, accommodating and very helpful. The room spotless, exactly what we have wanted. Housekeeping very professional and helpful when.extra amenities are needed a towel here, soap or extra bag for the g.pail Thank you for an.awesome team.

We booked this hotel specifically for the pool & hot tub to enjoy on a cold day celebrating our anniversary. And it was closed. When the pool has to close, guest who have not checked in yet, should be notified before check-in about the pool closure. We would not have stayed here. And will not again. It's very disappointing & annoying. It wasn't even mentioned at the front desk during check-in. We had to walk down to the pool in our bathing suits to find out.They could have at least offered us a room with a hot tub in it. It was a very quiet winter weekday at the hotel; two vehicles in the entire parking lot. I can't imagine there were no hot tub rooms available. Very disappointing stay. Never again!

Very clean room. Spacious.

Les rideaux étaient en mauvais état et ne pouvaient assombrir la chambre adéquatement. Aucun passage pour vider les dechets, rafraîchir les serviettes et lit n'a été effectué.

Clean room, the staff were great, the amenities for the most part were great, however they had problems with the hot tub heating, only worked the third night we were there, but we still got a chance to use it.

Yes the room was fine

Stood at the front desk to check in, and had to get the staffs attention as they were playing on their cell phone. Long black hairs were on the bathroom floor in room. Sheets weren’t tucked in on the bed. No continental breakfast, and didn’t buy breakfast.

Stains on walls, pull out couch stains on sheets and we specifically booked this hotel cause of the pool and hot tub which were not working , it was suggested to walk to partner hotel to swim then walk back wet in the cold. Just overall not happy

The staff were all very pleasant and interested in making certain we had what we needed. The morning breakfast was delicious and the dining staff were lovely!! Worth a visit!

Only complaint was the pool was closed. Other than that i’d of given 5 starts.

The pool needs some cleaning. The rooms are clean and pretty big

Staff was able to give me an early check in which I appreciated. Room was clean but seemed a little shabby. The corner of the ceiling was cracked and wallpaper buckling. The fan was only out ting out cold air even though the wall temp was set at 22.

The room was ok except for some garbage that was behind the chair in the sitting area? I had to move the chair out to plug something in.
