The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hot tub was closed during our stay so we couldn’t go in.

Very clean. Pool was great for the kids. Breakfast was excellent. Friendly staff. The pillows were a little flat - recommend asking for an extra one... or two!

Clean room

The check in staff was good .The room was clean and comfortable. The big problem was the roof out side the room had equipment that run all night and the noise kept us awake all night. Complained next morning they took $20.00 off bill.

The room was clean but the hotel is in need of renovations. The hallways extremely hot. Room wasn’t. We were on the 6th floor. Hotel elevator has a bounce. Had to go to floor 3 to get ice as the machines on floor 6, 5, and 4 were out of order.

Staff is Awesome breakfast is ok, but is not enough. Tv is small. Pillow is flat small also. I like the pool not crowded. And the room is spacious, same the bathroom.

The lobby is full of sunshine ! Love it

Although you can see the age of the building starting to show, the room was still in good shape. None of the ice machines in the building were working, we tried multiple floors. When asking the staff why I was seeing a double payment pending on my credit card they were dismissive and kept deflecting the answer. When asked for the manager on duty I was told he was out and would be back later but he was always out!!. When I did finally talk to the Guest Service Manager he again dismissed my inquiry about the double payment. I made a comment that I would not be staying at this hotel again and he just walked away!! Overall the cleaning staff were great but the front desk staff and management coud use a refresher course on customer training and maybeing honest. Ultimatly the double payment was removed and I was charged the correct amount but I would not stay at this hotel again.

Room was dirty and handicap parking was not plowed but everything else was . Not cool

Room was great, nice and clean, quiet and spacious. Only complaint I have is that the pillows are pretty terrible. Bed was great though, breakfast was wonderful and staff were very friendly.

Our room was hot, 28.5 degrees, we tried opening a window but that didn't work too well since there was a snow blizzard outside. They put us in the worse view room, 221, we looked at the boiler system and it was noisy. I think for one night it would have been fine but we stayed 4 nights. The towels were rough and the pillows very thin, we had to use 3 to sit up in bed. Lastly, the front door was being closes due to the cold air coming in so we had to walk to the side of the building but then my sister in law fell and scrapped her knees and she isn't young so it was very painful. I don't think we will stay there again.

The staff was very helpful and polite. They made our stay very pleasant.

In the -30 weather the main doors were not operating. We had to go to a side entrance. Looking for the side entrance in the dark, I tripped on an uneven sidewalk.

The bed was old and had a big dip in the middle and the Hot Tub didn’t have Jets, we were under the impression it was renovated and it clearly was not. Unfortunately will not stay there again
