Sooo much better than the other hotel I was at prior, which rhymes with bandman bignature lol. Everything works, it’s clean and comfortable, people are nice.

Great stay quiet rooms and comfortable beds.

Very clean and new. Loved the suite for all the family and pet friendly with a dog run and even EV chargers. The only things missing in the kitchenette was a kettle, paper towels, cutlery, dishwater, etc. Also, we couldn't the room phone or TV's to work. Otherwise, we loved our stay, felt safe and would 100% stay there again.

I came in to Kamloops on flight AC8062. Arrival of 10:30 into Kamloops. I had confirmation for shuttle. Our luggage took 30 minutes to get to conveyor belt. The shuttle left without me. A WOMAN ALONE. I called the hotel and they told me the driver called me, a lie as my phone was in my hand and he did not call. Apparently the hotel has a contract with Air Canada for their staff and will not wait more than 5 minutes. I found that out in the morning. The manager on duty in the evening did call me a cab, which was a rigmarole in itself but not the hotel fault. I was not impressed to be sitting at the airport alone for 30 minutes. The hotel needs to inform customers of this policy with Air Canada and make arrangements for a taxi to be waiting if hotel customers have checked baggage on this flight. It is the last flight into Kamloops. The staff were great, the room was great. The coffee weak! I will stay here again if on that flight, but will absolutely reinforce pick up by taxi immediately!

Road noise was

Called ahead to make sure I had a shuttle when I arrived after a long late flight. Didn’t show up. Called again they told me it would take 10 min it was over 20.

Room was very comfortable and clean. My room was very quiet and reception staff were very pleasant
