A very clean, spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast has good selection and quality. Despite being a weekend with World Cup soccer fans in town, the staff were very accommodating. Close to highway access and local shopping.

The room was clean and front desk upgraded it at checkin Some amenities like shampoo and dish soap were missing. Breakfast was good but we like bacon. Potatoes were cold. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Parking was plentiful

Great stay. From the highly responsive and helpful staff to the well stocked studio rooms to the incredible cleanliness, the hotel did not miss. We needed an accessible room for my parents and the team really delivered. Breakfast was outstanding with lots of options that continued to be replenished frequently. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying again on our next visit.

Second Stay. Same Problems. I gave Homewood Suites Ajax a second chance after a disappointing first stay. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed the issues were not isolated incidents. Cleanliness was unacceptable: • Dirty cutlery with caked-on food • Hardened cheese left on utensils marked as “clean” • Hairs in the bedding • Hairs in the towels • A large June bug in the room I was also charged an unexplained $5 fee with no reason provided. Breakfast service was equally disappointing. Breakfast is advertised until 9:30 a.m., yet staff began removing food without any announcement while guests were still arriving. At least six people showed up expecting breakfast and were left standing there as the food was taken away. No explanation. No apology. My first stay had major issues as well. We experienced cleanliness concerns and were locked out of our room for about 30 minutes due to a keypad failure. After three trips to the front desk for new key cards, the issue was finally resolved. Management’s response was only $25 in Hilton Honors points. The lack of accountability was the most frustrating part. After nearly 20 emails with Hilton Customer Care, I was eventually approved for full compensation, but only because Hilton stepped in. The hotel itself showed little interest in taking responsibility. There are better options in the area. Even if they cost slightly more, they are worth it for basic cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service.

Our stay was great! The room and hotel itself was very clean, the breakfast was delicious and varied (and not the same every day). We faced the 401 and while we did hear traffic a bit, it was not loud enough to disrupt sleep. The location was great as well, very close to get on the 401 and drive into Toronto.

Awesome hotel, with a great breakfast buffet spread. Rooms were spacious, clean. Staff we very helpful. Lots of parking. Great location next the Toronto Zoo and lots of great restaurants around the area. There was a delicious Turkish restaurant nearby. Great stay. Would stay here again when visiting Canada next

The room wasnt the cleanest. The linens in particular had an "old" smell. Did not smell very clean. Doors, handles etc were pretty dirty.

We stayed at this hotel before going to the Toronto Zoo. It was about a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the Zoo. We really enjoyed the pool and the hotels buffet breakfast. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. I would stay again!

What a great hotel! It was recently renovated and has vastly improved the offering. The staff is also very kind and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Stayed for a couple of nights for a work assignment and I was very pleased with how well the hotel is maintained. Very friendly staff, and hot breakfast served each day. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable and wonderful toiletries too! I would recommend this place, 100%!

Nice & quiet even with all the travel teams

Hotel is quite, peaceful, and clean which give a sense of comfort. Ample open air parking. During our stay pool was closed for a day for maintenance and they allowed us to use the other Hilton (just next to it) pool. Overall it is good, the only thing is breakfast is just OK (can be improved) and that is the main reason I am giving 4 star ranking.
