Had a blast. Room was huge and well stocked very clean and made my stay in Whistler quite special. Thank you! Cant wait to be back!

I was looking for a quiet with a nice view of the mountain or the nature. This hotel was what I was looking for. Very calm and peaceful hotel with a cozy lobby area. The room was a one bedroom suite very spacious & clean. The kitchen had all the appliances and whatever you need to feel like a home. I brought my snacks, drinks and food for two days stay and put it in the fridge. The bed which I believe it was a king bed, was comfortable. This hotel also offer a free gated parking which is hard to find in Whistler. It is close to the lake but I didn’t have time to see it. You can get a free shuttle to the shopping centre if you don’t have a car. If you’re looking for a peaceful with kind staff and free parking, I highly recommend this hotel.

the stay was amazing it wasn't expensive and the quality was really good I had a fun time with all my friends honestly one of the best hotels ive stayed at it felt like an apartment

I was disappointed with our stay here considering the elevators were broken and we had to carry all of our items up and down the stairs during our stay. It was difficult navigating through the hotel using only stairwells. There was no mention of this prior to our stay. Also I chose to stay here mostly due to the reviews of cleanliness. However, our bath tub had hair in it along with the kitchen plates which really grossed us out.

I was really disappointed as the elevator was out of order during our stay and it was not mentioned on the website when I booked the property, only got the noticed after I booked and paid the reservation. The staff said elevator was not working since November. It was a struggle for me and my husband to bring all of our stuff from the parking to our room, 4th floor with my 2 toddlers. Also the room is fine except it needed a bit of deep cleaning, such as dusting furniture, changing kitchen stuff like pans etc. overall stay is fine but not as great if I compare with my experience with other properties.

Parking lot is extremely small. Elevator was out of service. Guest parking lots are very limited , inconvenient to find. Very unhappy about the stay. Not coming back.

The elevator has been out of service for a long time before we arrived. This should have been clearly communicated before arrival so people can plan accordingly. Too bad we learned the hard way. Other than that, it has been great.

I got charged twice for my stay and despite me reaching out to the front desk it could not be resolved after 2 weeks. I do not care what reasons you have why this happened. Give me my money back!

I used to love staying here but we had a suite - not very clean on the fourth floor and elevator was broken. It was brutal. On top of that every door required a very long door code to enter so you’re carrying a ton of gear and have to juggle while entering a 10 digit code! Could you make it any harder for your guests?

Overall property is good for winter sports lovers. Large units with all necessary amenities. Elevator was not working and made the experience a bit challenging upon arrival and departure. Parking slots are very narrow, but nice to have indoor garage.
Good stay overall but the elevator needs to be fixed.

Parking spots were tight and hard to get into. Furniture and the suite was showing wear, but overall very clean and nice place. We also didnt appreciate all the different codes and passwords to get into the areas.

Definitely staying here again. Usually stay at the hotels in the village but we really enjoyed the bigger room, pool and hot tub, quiet neighbourhood and still only a few minutes walk to shops and restaurants. Good value too.
