Overall this is a lovely hotel. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast and bar service we had in the hotel were very nice. The Concierge was helpful in getting us a lunch reservation. The TV services were easy to use with our own streaming account.
The main negative we encountered was that the day we checked out was St. Patrick’s Day and there is a large parade. Apparently all the streets in the surrounding area were going to be closed by 8 AM, yet we were not told about this in advance. We had planned to check out at the normal checkout time of 12 noon; however, we ended up having to check out at 7:30 AM so that we would be able to leave the hotel in our vehicle.
At first we were going to use the self-park option, but after driving in the garage we did not feel safe leaving our vehicle there for 2 days unattended. We opted to have the hotel valet park the vehicle instead. It was much more expensive but we felt worth it for the peace of mind.
Another issue was that the website for the hotel was not as informative as it could have been. We did not know whether there was a pool or not (there was but it was closed), nor whether we had an in-room fridge (we did).

second stay was like the first one: just great! extremely friendly and helpful concierge, parking person showed us how to park indoors, with studded tires, 24 hrs for twenty dollars, just around the corner - - they constantly refill their bowls in the lobby with fresh apples and also always have warm coffee there - - room was super clean, has a great view, and of course the location is perfect for walking in the city!

Overall good stay. Staff at reception could be more attentive upon arrival with tired 2 year old. We booked a crib online, confirmed it again via text and it was not in the room upon arrival. Called reception asking for one and it never arrived. We ended up crafting a safe bed out of a sofa at the foot of the bed for our stay. No menu available in the room for room service from the bar or restaurant on site, asked reception for one and didn’t receive a full menu - ended up taking the tired family to dine somewhere else. Door men and Concierge staff were extremely kind and helpful. On-site dining was good, breakfast onsite is overpriced compared to what you can find in the area. Hotel is very clean, quiet and safe - Options for dining, shopping and entertainment are plenty and all within walking distance making the location excellent.

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Shout out Alonso at the front desk, only good thing this property has going for it.
1. Yellow stain on bed sheet
2. Rudest cleaning staff I’ve ever come across at any hotel. ANY HOTEL.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable room, bed and bath.
This property has a downside for an urban hotel with no indoor pool facility…$20 per night resort fees. As near as I could make out from the reception desk clerk, it covered bottles of water left in the room.
