Motel assez vieux, auquel des rénovations seraient de mise. Mais quand même bien. Bon wifi, lit confortable et frigo fonctionnel. Le déblaiement de la cour est effectué à moitié.

Globalement le séjour s’est bien passé, certes l’hôtel est très vieillot, la décoration pourrait être améliorée mais pour le prix que nous avons payés nous avons été satisfaient, le chauffage était bon, la literie était correcte, nous avions une télé qui fonctionnait bien et assez d’espace
Le seul bémol était la poignée qui était comme cassée et qui rendait la fermeture de la chambre compliquée

- Mauvaise isolation sonore. Un groupe a fait du bruit de 2h à 3h du matin. Lorsque nous en avons parlé au responsable il ne s'est pas senti concerné.
- Pas de téléphone dans les chambres permettant de contacter l'accueil.
- Le pommeau de douche est fixe et le jet est tellement puissant qu'on inonde la salle de bain.
- Le sèche-cheveux présent dans la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas.

GPS had trouble finding it, so i called for directions, and got yelled at.
Left shortly after checking in because I found a bedbug.Im having trouble getting mgmt to refund my money, since I did not stay there.

The room was musty and smelt pretty bad. There was also a dried blood spot on the comforter ( I dont think they change them, only the sheets) .

This is a perfectly fine motel, close to the best parts of Quebec City if you have a car. The room was clean. I'm docking a star because the toilet was running and the plumbing was off.
