A great set of rooms and community. Lily was quick to respond to communions and very accommodating.

In the basement there are at least 5 bedrooms we were lucky and had a bathroom and some rooms had to share a bathroom. No lock on main door and no staff to talk to if you had a concern.

It is unique because of how the rooms are actually in the basement of a house. Our room was very nice with attached bathroom, unfortunately we were unable to use the tv as there was no cable tv. Anyone renting needs to bring their own fire stick. The bathroom was also quite unique having two steps up to the bath and toilet....fine when the lights are on but no so in the dark. Would suggest a hand rail to assist negotiating in the dark. Hostess was very friendly .....

The room was quiet and the AC worked very well. The area was in a quiet area close to downtown..

Possitives: Self check in with all details receved prior emails. Wifi was available and had Yotube and could access my own PrimeTime App. Thanks for having a multi use electrical outlets with wifi connections included. Tina's friendliness and willing to help when an issue occured. Availability of a mini fridge with bottles of water included. coffee maker in the room. There was a kitchenette available for group use- but did not use it. Individual Airconditioning/heater in rm. Issues: Bathroom - toilet that didn’t flush, it also would rock back and forth and was lifting from the floor. Shower- handle came off and wasn't shutting off completely and would run water from the tub faucet when the faucet wasn't in an complete upright position. Towel rack was actually a curtain rod instead. Whenever a towel was removed from the rack the bar would fall off. Step-up to the toilet and shower. King bed was comfortable; however, pillows were flat and hard. Sheets also did not fit the king bed. Also, get some luggage racks for each room. I would rate rhis lication as a 2 star out of 5.

What a beautiful location and such wonderful hosts , we will highly recommend this spot to our friends & family back home.

This is not a hotel but someone's house. When we reached there, no one was available to help in getting inside. Found a number and called, lady who picked up call was nice and guided us how to enter. She claimed that she sent us details for touchless entry. Washroom is shared between two room occupants. Pillow and bed had some smell which was not comfortable. Anyway, we just stayed one night. There is no food option (restaurant). This looked like more AirBNB than hotel. Won't recommend this place.

Lily’s Garden was the perfect little spot for our 4-day vacation. It had everything we needed, was well worth the price, and the bed—listed as a queen—was actually larger than we expected, which was a great surprise. The hosts were kind and very responsive, making the stay even better. We’d definitely recommend this place for a short trip!

Quiet area and close to town.

Great contact for support. Good parking available. Short drive to Charlottetown downtown. Good spot to rest and get ready for PEI adventures.

To start I booked a Bed & Breakfast, because my girlfriend has never been to one and I was excited to show her the difference between a hotel and a Bed & Breakfast. Unfortunately this was the worst Bed & Breakfast I've ever stayed at. A day before check-in I received a text that as of this year they no long supply breakfast and that there are "snacks" in a shared kitchen. Of course at that point it was too late to cancel and find something different. Which if I knew about at booking I would have chosen a different place. So i was hoping the room made up for the disappointment of no breakfast at a Bed & Breakfast. The room I chose came with a private bathroom (as I didn't want a shared bathroom) but the door to our bathroom didn't close fully unless you have someone on the other side to push it as there was no handle on the inside of the door, the bathroom also only had 5in1 in the shower for shampoo, which is not what I expect from a Bed & Breakfast. This is place is an Airbnb pretending to be a Bed & Breakfast, I do not recommend.

Pros: responsive to enquiry. Cons: very ecclectic decor ( almost a hodgepodge of everything and anything), no garden though called Lily's garden. Raised outdoor platform to sit but one chair had broken leg while others had pads that were dirty and torn. Bed room walls had been hurriedly painted over. No thought to making this something nice and memorable!! I've tried to be as fair as I could but disappointment is the only overall word I can think of.

Great vacation house, lovely host

We were notified the night previous to our arrival at this B&B that they no longer serve breakfast. The area around the bad entrance was a mess with an overflowing bin of cans…garbage on floor….the lawn chairs were piled around with various cushions folded or piled up…did not look like a place we should use. The curtains in the bedroom had one hanging sideways…the sheet was just laying on top of the mattress…..our bathroom was out in the hallway…..I texted Tina about getting a room with an ensuite and never heard back from her. I met het 4 hours later by the driveway and she told me we picked that room…it was assigned to us before we left home. Overall not a nice experience.
