The stay was fine. Not great not amazing but fine. The space was adequate and rhe DIY decorations provided some hilarious laughs. However upon departure at 11:00am check out was the major issue. At 11:05 we were finishing up putting the garbage in the garbage can, all dishes in the sink, piling the dirty towels and straightening out the furniture and piling the used linens on the bed and being courtesy guests instead of leaving a disaster zone, when we left and said thank you to the maid on the way out, she then followed out to the parking lot and Thanked Us for cleaning up which is why we left the place at 11:10. Well, that’s were things went sideways, after she thanked us in the parking and we said “you’re welcome and have a nice day, she yelled out “I am being Sarcastic, you left a mess and threw is the most unbelievable negative attitude I have ever seen. The Proceeded to swear at us in a foreign language. I am not sure what this lady’s problem was but I absolutely went back in and gave her a piece of mind, took pics of how tidy the place was and told her “sorry you have cleaning job but it’s not our problem. We will never stay here again. Complete disrespect. The property manger took my complaint and then said you should have been out at 11am which likely caused a this woman to say what she did. I then told the manager that 10 min delay in departing is irrelevant and left it at that.

Great space. Location is close to everything you need.

My employees left the room being so disapointed with the sate of it compared to the pictures online. They left the day after. The sheets are torn, the sofa smells bad, the mattresses are stained, and there's mold in the bathrooms. We've found insects, specifically damp-dwelling pests. I have photos to prove it. There are also holes at the bottom of the walls where the pests are getting into the apartment. The bottom of the front door has a gap large enough for insects to enter. I'm requesting a refund, as we had to relocate at the last minute. A refund would be greatly appreciated.

Das Zimmer war im Untergeschoss, ohne Fenster und die Heizung hat die ganze nacht durch geschäppert. Würde wohl eher nicht mehr da hin gehen

The accomodations were clean and comfortable.We did an early check-in as we arrived ahead of schedule.They even delivered us a coffee maker.

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay here. My “clean” set of linen was covered in body hair and lint. As I was going to check the second pair on linen stashed under the sofa I found the same thing. Covered in body hair and lint. I got brought a third pair of linen and once again, was covered in body hair and lint. As i’m voicing my complaints with Arman the response he gave me was “well you could have asked the cleaners for another set”. That would’ve been the 4th pair. Arman was so unapologetic, dismissive, and just straight up unprofessional. Never received a single apology, and was being spoken to like it was my fault. The first pair of sheets should have been clean in the first place. Even if they had been washed and dried, it says something about the quality of cleaning equipment being used. I spent my nights sleeping on a hard couch. On top of that there was not a single spare roll of toilet paper, and only 1 lock on the door. The one lock does not lock automatically, and is unlocked with the code given to you and a mystery key. Which made me feel unsafe. My experience with the multiple dirty sheets and the absolute lack of care from Arman completely tanked my experience.

Great location. Good amenities. Easy instructions for check-in. Free parking is a big bonus.

This is more like your own apartment! Room was clean, bigger than I thought, & I loved having the privacy without having to deal with staff etc. I wasn't expecting to carry my luggage upstairs, there's no elevator! That would be my only 'heads up'!

Lots of virtual check-ins from staff to make certain we were comfortable. Easy instructions for entry to the suite. The suite is definitely showing signs of age, especially in the bathroom where the cabinet was in rough shape. However, the suite was otherwise clean and comfortable and in a great location.

Comfortable, private space with full kitchen and *parking* in a fantastic area.

Way too much money for what it’s worth! We paid $272 for a sketchy apartment. It’s hard to find. Parking was a bonus but instructions were confusing. Parking down a back alley. Unsure of the safety and security. They claim a pull out couch … No way. It’s a very small very cheap love seat. Dishes were dirty with lipstick stains. If the price were $97 a night MAYBE. location with amenities is good but overall ZERO value for what they offer. High end hotels are this much !! This was a dingy basement apartment.

Great stay, very walkable neighborhood, comfortable bed, full size apartment, free parking. We enjoyed it.

Clean

Nice location. Large kitchen. Rely heavily on Whatsapp for checkin. Would prefer more texting but just a person preference.

Great location and owner took care to check on our arrival. But if cleanliness is important to you, I would not recommend it. We stayed in the basement apartment which is accessed directly off the alley. The unit needed to be properly cleaned. Surfaces were dusty. Cabinet doors and drawers were dirty. The bathroom had grime and mold. The tub did not drain well, so a shower was also a simultaneous bath. Opening the entry door was an invitation to all the flies from the adjacent restaurant dumpsters. We killed at least a dozen flies the first night and several more the next day. The kitchen faucet was barely attached and required both hands to operate. Most of these issues could be easily remedied with a little effort. And If the cleaning standards were raised, I would stay here again because the neighborhood really is great. But I would never stay there again in those conditions.

Nothing is unique

There was a whole night party in one of the units. Impossible to sleep. Texted the property management, no help received. Wouldn’t recommend for families.

Location and parking availability

I expected better furnishings for this property. When we first entered, the unit was very hot and stuffy. It would have been nice if the A/C was turned on prior to check-in . It took several hours to get the place down a comfortable temp. A few other notes: 1. The sofa bed is too small for 2 adults. No extra pillows as well. 2. Not enough shelving or storage for clothes and other items. 3. Cheap table and plastic chairs I'm sorry but for the price I had expected a better furnished place. We ended up going to a different place after the first night. For the price , I did expect a better furnished place.
