Very thing was good

The coffee make was dirty and also had water in it with stuff floating around. The hair dryer had dirty lint in it impossible to remove with towel. The bed and pillows were wonderful. The height and medium firmness of the pillows were very good for my neck. The mattress had the Goldilocks "just right" firmness with flexibility enough to be comfy too. The sheets, towels and towel robes were pristine and very good. The coffee tea choices were very low quality. The staff person are warm, engaging and professional, top notch. One lady, name starting with a J was proactive trying to find me either a kettle or thermos style jug to put boiling water into since my coffee machine was wretched, but there wasn't any. However, she tried. The so-called "free breakfast" was not fit to break the fast except perhaps, though not recommended even for a starving person. There was extremely dry, flavourless bread, horribly unhealthy and from other's remarks poor tasting dry cereal. No alternative to cow milk. Very bad tasting coffee, very dry, rather unpleasant tasting, mini pastries. That was about it. Basically nothing okay to eat. From other people's openly expressed dissatisfaction about the breakfast, I think my opinion is fair. Some people went in, saw it and left before taking anything.

Clean hotel and nice staff. Good morning breakfast too.

Mattress no comfy and breakfast really poor. They offered “ FREE Continental breakfast” but is not true, you HAVE TO PAY. Clean but the atmosphere and staff does not look happy at all. Nothing wrong with the staff, probably high management should incentive its employees in somehow.

We stayed in a suite and it was very clean & spacious. Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Would go back.

We were excited to enjoy the luxury suite room however the jetted tub in the room was old and dirty with leftover hairs stains and dirt. We had to buy our own cleaning supplies and do a deep clean before feeling like it was sanitary to use. Upon checking in we noticed there were a lot of children running around so we asked to be situated on a floor away from the children. They ended up putting us into a room right beside the whole group of children than kept us up until midnight yelling, banging on doors and walls etc in the corridor.—I had to call down to the front desk to request that someone ask the children to quiet down. We ended up feeling very unrested in the morning after hoping for a relaxing weekend get-away. I’m quite disappointed for how expensive the room was and would appreciate it if the hotel or Expedia would consider offering another free night or credit from the overall cost.

the room was in good condition. The elderly lady at check in was very curt. If you look for anything to eat they only have a vending machine with not much in it. They have a restaurant that is only open in the morning till 10am. Would I go back there probably NOT!

Hotel is very old, tiles cracked and broken around the tub. Cleanliness was less than ideal, and the staff were not friendly at all. Wont book again

Room was clean, bed comfortable, pillows were awesome. Good stay

Damage in bathroom was very obvious and considering the damage warning sign (in the bathroom) I would think it would have been addressed before letting someone else stay.

The room was clean and the staff was great. We did however ran out of body wash in the shower.
