Motel Chantolac

Une fois la chambre réchauffée le confort est beaucoup mieux . Je comprends que par économie les chambres soient moins chauffées que lorsqu'elles sont occupées mais il serait bon de mettre le chauffage au moins une heure ou deux avant que les clients arrivent par soucis de confort envers les clients

Propre et douillet

Besoin d'un ventilateur de salle de bain. Le garde-robe sentait un peu la moisissure.

La chambre était très correcte, mais il n’y avait personne a la réception à mon arrivée. Si je n’avais pas eu de téléphone cellulaire pour appeler le numéro affiché sur la porte, j’aurais fait quoi?

on aurait dit que le ménage n’avait pas été fait depuis longtemps

Nous avons aimé la région; très chouette mais la propreté des lieux de notre motel n’était pas adéquate; manque d’entretien, tous etait vieux; très rudimentaires. Nous n’avons pas utilisé le spa; trop vieux. Besoin de rénovation dans ce motel #5. Mais bonne accueil et environnement très joli.

Room was uncleaned

Upon arrival I had to call to get someone to meet me at the check in desk as no one was there. Then she double charged me for the room once in advance on my credit card then made me pay again…I had 2 6 yr olds with me who were tired and hungry so no time to argue. Once we got to the very small room with a door that barely closed and was hard to open. I called front desk again from my cell phone as there’s no phones in the room I proceeded to state that she double charged me for the room she said she realized it after we left the office she said she issued a refund to my credit card but I NEVER received the refund!! This place is really old and very dirty! Reminded me of the show bates motel…..

The room smelled awful, like mold. There was burns on the sheets
