Great host! Place was a bit on the out-dated side and would definitely need a renovation but for the price on a last minute booking (1-day prior to stay), I am over-all satisfied with the experience for a 2-night stay. The two things that I disliked were the squeaky bed and the noice you hear from footsteps above the unit since flooring is wood. The unit was complete, came with a kitchen, living and sleeping area and parking was easily available even during the winter peak season.

We didn’t use the hot tub so we can’t comment on that. But we went with 4 adults and four small kids total. The pullout couch was good for the three boys, and my daughter slept in a small blowup mattress upstairs in the loft with us. It was a great place for our purposes. The property has been well used, but it was clean and perfect for our stay.

The heater smelled like it was burning when it was turned on, not enough towels for how many nights we stayed, didn't seem like the place was dusted, the kitchenware needed to be updated. Overall the place was an 8/10 as we thought we should bring extra towels incase we needed them. It was very nice inside , had to bathrooms, was roomy, had a hot tub, and was walking distance to the village. The only suggestion I would have is to have a bigger mat for the main entrance as it was always wet from going in and out in the winter months !

Early sign out and late move in are not comfortable. Probably hotels should rebate 30-50% for a one day for a long stay. Let me elaborate. Compare a case when different people rent room every day during 5 days: owners should bring new bed linen, towels, cleanup rooms, change soap, pay governess etc. But if the room was rented by one then all these initial setup should not provided, thus could be discounted. Last one: 11checkout and 16 check in -- is 5 hours when we can not use the room. 24/5 = ~20% overall.

The room was nice & perfect for a clean/comfortable place to stay when skiing. The property management company wasn’t great - the code they have us to enter was wrong and they called waking me at 11:30pm. I missed the call but it was followed up by a text telling me that they received a complaint for noise from us & that we needed to keep it down. We had been asleep for 2 hours. No loud noises or partying from our unit. I would have appreciated a reach out to see what was going on to investigate if we were causing noise/issues vs. just going off what another guest is a different suite called to say. There was another unit that was partying.

Location was great! The room was quiet and dark. Perfect for sleeping after a long day.

Jets we're not cleaned and daugher had gross stuff (bugs, mould?) come out into her tub. Key pad did not work (our code) when we arrived. Had to sit outside for 15 mins until we were let in.

The space was clean. Great parking and had what we needed for two nights away. We received good communication regarding check in and out that made everything very smooth. Thank you..

The picture in the advertisement does not look at all what the place we stayed like looked like. The place was run down. There was cat litter on the porch and random stuff in the closets. The room was very small. You are expected to fully clean the place before you leave and asked to take your recycling and garbage. There was no recycling bins so I had to take my recycling home with me. If you want a late check out they charge you $100.00. The price listed for nightly rate was increased dramatically when you got to check out do to all the extra charges. It was too far to walk to the village.

Room was okay, fairly basic studio. Definitely could use an update. Bed + pillows were fine but not great, sheets and comforter were soft. Definitely a convenient option if you want to avoid all the additonal restaurant costs since theres a full kitchen. We brought our own cooking and dining supplies but there were some available. The Blue Mountain shuttle does run to this location which was super convenient, and free! This place was a little less pricey than the suites in the village, and we saved a bit on meals from cooking, but we had to spend a couple hundred to do activities which are often included if you stay in the village. Weigh your options based on the current cost and what youre looking to do during your stay, but overall it was nice. We spent a majority of our time enjoying the outdoors anyways.

This condo had a “chalet” feel. Bright and airy with every space well designed. Comfortable, large beds — so nice to have 2 bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. The outdoor heated, salt water pool was wonderful. Ideal to be very close to Blue Mountain Village but not in the midst of the noise and crowds. Would definitely stay here again!

Bed is hard as a rock, and overall the place feels very tired.

this property was beautiful . and conveniantly close to Blue Mountain Village . the room's were very modern and clean . theres 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool on site .

Very clean and comfortable accommodation.
