Bed is hard as a rock, and overall the place feels very tired.

this property was beautiful . and conveniantly close to Blue Mountain Village . the room's were very modern and clean . theres 2 hot tubs and a swimming pool on site .

We enjoyed our Blue Mountain getaway. The check in and out process was easy and efficient. The unit was probably very impressive in its time however due to the heavy rental usage...was dated and tired. It was very clean. Priced right for a reasonably priced mini vacation.

It would be a lovely unit if it were well maintained and prepared. One bathroom was not well cleaned - urine marks on the floor; the bathtub in the second bathroom did not drain properly – lots of hair, probably not cleaned in months. The two dining-room chairs were wobbly. The deck door mosquito screen was not working. Some lights were not working – above the kitchen counter. Simply, the unit requires maintenance and investment.

Amazing place to stay and relax, it is comfortable as at home feeling. Swiming pool and hot tub are most enjoyable, by two minutes walk time you are in other space to relaese city stress and unwind your mind to ease. It is close to Blue mountain Vilage and there is all happening to enjoy great days with other people and activities, shops and restaurants as you can endoulge on.

I loved the location at the base of the mountain. It wasn’t too far from the village, Collingwood or the scandinav spa. The property is a little tired looking with areas needing touch ups of paint. The unit was well stocked in the kitchen but the frying pans were stainless steel and not easy to fry with. The top shelf on the kitchen was too high and not easy to reach the glasses. The sound from the TV was not good, staticky. These are small things that really didn’t affect my stay too much….Just observations😊. The owner was excellent in responding quickly to my text messages. I recommend this resort for its location, amenities (pool, hot tub and restaurant on site) and the responsiveness of the owner.

The pictures shown on the expedia plattform as well as parts of the discreption did not match the apartment. After several intends to come to a solution during our stay with the service provider the option provided to us were that we could book another apartment and to pay fully for the already rented apartment as well as the other apartment. We stated numerous times, and this was even suggested by one of the agents of the service providing company on the first attempt to change the apartements, to pay the difference in addition to an additional cleaning fee. After having numerous experiences with hotels as well as apartments in north america over the last years this was very unfortunate. Hence the rating.

Clean and good communication

It was easy check-in! The room was clean. Community was cute. Quick drive to The Village. Better signage/instruction for the air conditioner controls would be nice. Quick response for clearer directions/instructions. Informing occupants that there is no smoking on the balcony would be good too Overall we had a great time and we consider staying here again.

On the second night we had people who stayed above us who were so noisy playing hand drums and the children runing and even jumping on the bed upstairs. Did not let us sleep the night. The bed was not designed for 2 people as it woke the other sleeper every time one turned.

This unit met our needs and was clean and modern. A portable drying rack that folds away to dry swimmers/towels was all that I would suggest.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfy and we were able to adjust the room temp to our comfort. Its just down the road from the village if you want to go out but far enough away to feel quiet and peaceful. Would definitely go back.
