This is an older hotel but the location, cleanliness and staff were all fantastic. The lady at check in took care of our special requests with a smile even though she was the only one in. Perfect for travel with dog.

Unfortunately, I rented the room for the hotels pool for my kids. We were disappointed that the pools water had just been filled and was too cold to swim in. Plus the tv channels were snowy. Also, the door took 15 to 20 swipes for the card to unlock the door.

Upon checking in, there was a terrible smell of cat and cigarette. My daughter and I walked in and the next-door sounded like an adult movie was being recorded. We found a huge stain on our sheet immediately packed up and I did not feel safe and left. This was one of the worst experiences feeling unsafe with your daughter checking in.

Overall the staff were amazing and accommodating.
The tvs (we stay on the 20 and due to winter storm stayed 23rd). Each room the tv reception was not great and both times the remotes didn’t work. When checking in on the 23rd another customer was advising that their tv reception was not good and remote was not working. ( even after changing the battery)
This could be an easy fix to replace all TVs.
The hot tub was relaxing but needs service to fix the pressure when turning on bubbles.
The staff where very professional on both stays even the first night they had switch our room.

This is an affordable hotel. Bed was super comfortable. Bathroom was spotless. Room was a little aged but that's normal. Good stay at a great price

Amazing staff!! Really can’t say enough good about them. The hotel is terrible. Broken lights, brackets falling off the walls and generally dirty in the rooms. We had to switch rooms because our toilet leaked in the first room. Not enough electrical plugs to handle charging your phone with all the lights and accessories in the room plugged in. Hotel needs a serious upgrade so that that the building can be as excellent as the staff.

Check in was quick, pool area is in serious need of repair and the hotel in general looks rather run down. We had some trouble with the deposit, they expected us to drive 4 hours back to the hotel to get our deposit refunded when they made the error. Clerk realized the mistake and apologized but it was some unnecessary stress for their error.

The hotel needs improvement in its sound proofing. We could hear every conversation, every door close, traffic from outside as well as showers in other rooms. It made sleeping impossible. Also our room never received any housekeeping or any explanation as to why it didn’t happen. I cannot recommend this hotel.
