Good location, excellent view!!

Room was clean. Views were spectacular. Staff was friendly.

We had to book this room last minute due to unexpected road conditions. Pros: good parking, nice view from balcony, comfortable bed. Cons: bug in the shower, very unpleasant employee at front desk with absolutely 0 customer service ability. Overall, I most likely will not book here again due to poor customer service that affected my experience staying here.

The best location in Radium area. Still in good shape, but definitely needs some renovation.

Room was definitely dated but clean. Got the corner suite so got two balconies with beautiful views. Fairly priced.

The view up the valley from high up on a hill is extraordinary.

Stay was as expected. Have stayed before, and know the hotel.

The room was exactly what was advertised. The heat in the bedroom didn't work but the fireplace in the main room kept everything nice and warm.

This was genuinely the worst place I have ever stayed at in my life. We get to our room and the deadbolt on the door was snapped off, great start. I went to get in bed and there was A DEAD SPIDER underneath my pillow. I then went to go have a shower and was pleasantly surprised that I had to fix the shower faucet because the knob was broken and couldn't adjust the water temperature. AND THEN, yes there is more. I was having a shower and grabbed the handicap handle and it literally came out of the wall. All this time there was nobody at the front to talk to, even when we checked out of the hotel I couldnt complain as there was nobody at the front desk, only a basket for the room keys. Poor service and a horrible hotel. You'd be better off staying at a motel in town.

You really feel like you're staying in a chalet. The rooms are really nice and the staff are great. I would definitely stay here again!

Spectacular views. Quick and easy check in and check out. Room was nice and clean. Comfy bed and loved the balcony and fireplace

Windiow Blinds wasn't covering properly outside light and there were no covering on the door glass.

Accommodation was so bad that we left after looking at it. Will be seeking a refund
