Good all clean but
TV is not good and it is not connecting with phone and there is nothing in TV like netflix, amazon prime anything

We were given a room with what appeared to be minimal left-over damaged furniture. The lights flickered and the room was not clean. . We asked if there was another room available and the person at the desk accommodated us. The new room was so quite a bit better . . There are renovations being done so after they are finished it might be worth trying this hotel again but for now I would not go back.

Homeless people set up in the parking lot. Made me worried about taking my dog out before bed!!!!! Police showed up at 9 PM for ????

the property needs updating. The handrail on the stairs is a bit loose and needs maintenance. the Fire doors that are all marked doors must be closed, are all propped open.

The water didn't get much warmer than lukewarm. We had only 2 bath towels for a room for 4, no washcloths. Key cards wouldn't work, even when we got them checked at the front desk, assuming the door scanner didn't work properly. Not super clean. Wallpaper peeling off the walls.

Hot tub and pool are good ! not kept up for continental breakfast and drinks out of order sheets on bed don’t fit and rooms need some attention

Floor in all areas was covered in hair, webs, chunks of dirt. The heat in the room didn’t work at all so a young female gave me a heater that was not adequate, and they still charged me full price, offering only a “ sorry about that” as a remedy. Dirty and disgusting and run down. Very embarrassing for a Ramada

Hotel is in poor condition and really old. Beds were comfortable but room outdated and not very clean with dirt behind bathroom door. While price was right will not book here again

The room they gave me it was absolutely disgusting. Squished bugs on the walls, fan didn’t work lights didn’t work curtains were broken and dirty. Carpet was disgusting and there were holes and tears in the walls. I had booked this in advance for a dog show. I had to stay in the room one night and then they upgraded me to a better room, and then that room was fine and clean .

Immediately when we checked in to our room we knew the room was unacceptable. There appeared to be vomit in the carpet, multiple fixtures and lights that did not work, and spots where it was clear it had not been adequately cleaned in some time. The front desk staff was polite and understanding. She was fantastic, however there was nobody else on site available to come to our room and adequately clean it.
Our non-refundable booking was fully refunded and we booked elsewhere for tonight. It's disappointing as we were looking forward to staying here.

place was shabby and dingy. not what I expected from a Ramada / Wyndham. room was barely clean. debris on the floor, wall, in drawers, we had to wipe the toilet. filthy under the bed and dresser, grubby curtain. heavily scented air freshener - had to open the window to clear the air. Bed was soft but sleepable. no breakfast this morning. Staff was pleasant. check in / out efficient. I paid more to stay here because it was a Ramada / Wyndham thinking it would be worth the extra cost, but definitely a mistake and waste of money.

The workers look miserable and no one smiles. The room was ok but the bathroom was so dirty. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. We wiped all services before we got comfortable.
