The staff was so nice and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was convenient and a great selection. The on site laundry was very helpful. Good location for us.

First room was not clean. Fresh stains on 2 different counters. Not vacuumed

Large clean room with nice ventilation. Comfortable beds, nice toiletries provided.

Unfortunately, our door would not open on multiple occasions and we were told by hotel staff to ‘keep trying’. Breakfast was awful, microwaved eggs, waffle batter too runny to cook properly. Sadly, with this stay, I wouldn’t recommend

Das Zimmer, welches uns zuerst zugeteilt wurde war extrem laut, da es sich direkt am Fahrstuhl befand. Nach der Reklamation wurde uns dann aber freundlicherweise ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Frühstück, welches im Zimmerpreis enthalten war gut.

Checking in (2pm)was not very pleasant. The representative was very abrupt almost rude. She didn't have patience about explaining the $100 incidental charge, when I thought it was all prepaid!! When we asked questions she spoke too soft & fast for my sister to understand as she is hard of hearing!! She was not friendly & am surprised she is in customer service!! (When we saw her later the next day on her shift she seemed a little better, but she still hid in the back!!! None of the other staff did that!! The person during the evening, Sue was totally awesome, very helpful & friendly, gave us some good ideas for dinner & driving the areas. The other lady was good as well taking the time to answer a couple of questions!! The rooms were great comfortable & large, with a fridge & microwave & sink!! Overall worth the cost All a very good breakfast is including including some hot food ☺️

First thing is they charge everyone's credit card extra 100$ and they told us that they will return it if there won't be any damage to the room. We called then after 6.30pm to ask about the room and they said there was no damage. They will return 100$ back And it will take 3-31 days for our credit card company to pay us 100$ back and they don't take it at all. It's already 2 weeks and we didn’t get our 100$ back. Our room was not vaccum properly and we told that to the front desk. The carpets were very stained ask over the hotel. The lift is shaky and it scare everyone.

Arrived and the front desk clerk was great. Attention to detail, friendly and helped me with the bus system. Room was mostly good but a couple yucky things. See photo.

The service walking in was ok , outside walking around lots of garbage not pick up, room is ok or average, remote control battery dead and clock as well! Light in bathroom is out not working making it it kinda dark! At the price I paid it’s average!

Staff was very helpful, place was very clean, the general area seemed to have a homeless problem, but always felt safe.

Staff were friendly. Rooms are a good size.

Our room was at the back of the property so it was very quiet from the hi way traffic. However, our room had a door to the adjoining room and we could clearly hear the people next door.

Easily accessible and proximity to the harbour.

Very good overall. The only issue is the air-conditioning is too old and loud.

Room was large, the staff were polite and efficient.

In the older part of Nanaimo, good enough to sleep in. Had the previous visitor's beverages still in the frud
