Rooms are clean, beds are new, restaurant lounge is nice and food is great. I have stayed twice more than a year apart and both times the elevator was broken. I travel for a living and basically fill a luggage cart with on the road portable office and luggage. Making multiple trips up staircases to get my belongings to room with 2 artificial knees ruins my stays at the hotel. When asked how long the elevator had been broken the reply was a long time. When asked when it would be fixed I told it was expensive and the hotel was looking in to other options. Next time I have work in Vermillion I like the hotel will look at other options/hotels. I would gladly stay there again but I confirm directly with the hotel the elevator worked before booking a room.

Fire alarm has been has been randomly going off atleast once a week. I have been staying here out of town for 9 weeks and it has happened 5-6 times now. Staff says it’s an engineering issue and don’t seem to worried about it. I sit here writing this as a fire alarm is going off once again. Don’t go here until it’s sorted

Needs some updates, the bathrooms are brutal. Small and very old style. Some of the extra bedding didn’t seem like it had been washed. Staff were wonderful. Good pool hours.

Only issue with our stay was although there was a hair dryer supplied in the bathroom there was no plug in to use and no other mirrors in the room although there were plenty of plugins that could have been used. It is hard to use hair styling equipment without a mirror and plugin near to each other.
