Spacious, comfortable, beautiful neighbourhood, swimming pool, nearby Blue Mountain Village. What's not to like?

There is misdescription. When we booked the place it shows it is a townhouse, but when we get there it is a condo at lower level of a house. Expedia says it is more than 1000 sqft, it certainly is not that big. The beds are very small and narrow. We booked 2 nights stay, but ended up leave 1 day earlier. Quite disappointed.

Great property and great value. Only a few minute drive away from the village and we also enjoyed the pool area.

There were many issues with this stay, starting with the booking. I reserved a two-story, vaulted-ceiling townhome based on the listing, but was placed in a single-level unit that didn’t match the photos. I contacted Vacasa, but the unit could not be changed, and canceling wasn’t a realistic option since we were already en route. We ended up in a ground-floor unit I hadn’t intended to book. The first night, guests above us were loud until 1:30 AM, stomping around. The following night, a new group played instruments at midnight, and I had to call the police due to the ongoing noise. I was told someone would follow up, and although I did receive a call the next morning, communication and resolution afterward was poor. As for the unit itself, there are noticeable differences between a company-managed rental and one owned by individuals. This one lacked the personal touches I’ve experienced in other stays—no coffee, tea, sugar, or hot chocolate. I also assumed there would be a dispenser with body soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the shower, but only found a very small shampoo/conditioner combo, which didn’t rinse well.

Wonderful quiet property that accommodates everyone in the family. Bedrooms are equipped with all the the linen and washrooom with towels. We needed extra towels for our stay and they delivered it right away. Kitchen has a lot of of the stuff you need but cooking stuff you will need to make a grocery run. Our stay here was mostly to enjoy the village and beach area. Kids enjoyed the community pool and well taken care of and access to our condo. Very nice property would stay here again not so packed like staying at the village.

Both units were very clean. We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights. Vacasa has good customer service as well.

The beds are very squeaky and impossible to sleep on, way too hard.

Very good value for the money. I was called on the day of to confirm check-in information, and I was able to get early check-in. I really liked having a full kitchen so I didn’t have to eat out every night.

Absolutely not worth the price (780 after tax for one night) for a house without a hot tub or sauna (insane considering youre at a resort near the ski hill), no grill (or at least one we couldnt see since the backyard wasnt plowed/cleaned). No coffee/nespresso machine etc. Just a clean home with 3 bedrooms and one shower.

First off cancellation policy is worst.Once booked forget about refund but did not even allow to change dates Whole night kids were running in upper floor very noisy Limited parking wherever had to walk to get to car in snow storm

Beautiful place. Very cozy and home feeling.

Had a wonderful stay, all items needed to cook a home cooked meal, and loved that we were able to bring our fur-baby - who LOVED the snow (thank you to the maintenance team who kept walkways clear despite an abundance of snowfall - perfect for the slopes though!)

Great place and great service.

We went to ski at Blue Mountain and it was just a mile away. It made our drop off and pick up from the mountain a breeze!

This town home was perfect for my husband and I and our 2 friends along with our 6 month old Pomsky. The chalet was clean and had all the amenities while still being dog friendly. A very quick drive to the village & mountain but the pup and I enjoyed the winter walking trails they had. It was about a 20 minute walk to the village. Overall, great location, great space for a great price.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The house was spacious, very clean, and well decorated. We had everything we needed during our stay. An excellent option to stay close to the village!

Very convienent place to stay if you plan on visiting Blue Mountain. Depsite it being relatively far away compared to the hotels inside the town, you get a much bigger space with a fully stockes kitchen. You can easily order ahead of time a van that will being you to different stops within Blue Mountain, a short walk away from chair lifts/rentals. This is done through the link they will send to your inbox. There is timeslots for pickup/drop-off every 30 min which they arrive on time. The town house itself is very neat and updated with modern appliances. Dueing our stay we couldnt figure out how to use the dishwasher, and after calling the help line, they arranged someone to come less than 30 min to help us. Some rooms were quite colder compared to others, so during the Winter the bed covers were not enough to keep us warm in these rooms.

Hope they provided some tissue boxes in the rooms! The kid's bedroom and the washroom doors were noisy, it needed some WD-40. At night time when the kids were opening the room to use a washroom, the whole family woke up! I was supposed to get one king bed and two singles and a sofa bed but I got a Queen bed and two singles and a sofa bed. Other than that we liked our staying!
