This was the worst experience in over 50 years of travelling for business and leisure! Upon arriving, the building was locked and appeared to be unoccupied. No response to knocking and doorbell ringing. I called the number as per the note on the door. This number was “no longer in service”. I called the establishment's phone number as posted in Expedia. The call went through to voicemail, where I left a detailed message. No response. 15 minutes later I left another message….no response. Fortunately, a resident of the building arrived and let us in. She does not work for the establishment but she searched and found us an unlocked room that was clean. After several attempts by her to contact the owner, finally she was able to get her. The owner said the room that we were in was fine and that someone would stop in to check on us. This never happened. After several calls for assistance, none were responded to. I would suggest Expedia delist this establishment!!!

When we arrived at our room, it was not very clean. The garbage had not been emptied prior and there was fingernail clippings all over the bathroom counter. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper that only had about 20% left on it. When we ran out, I had to call various numbers several times before anyone picked up. It then still took them approximately 40 minutes to bring more toilet paper to our room. We just needed somewhere to sleep and it served its purpose for that, but otherwise I would not book again based on cleanliness and service.

This facility is the worst I’ve stayed in. As for a b&b there was no breakfast and a filthy shared kitchen with permanent residents. Room was dirty so were moved to another which was no better, microwave outside the door for anyone to use which was disgusting. No garbage can in room except for a small one in the bathroom. This is our third booking through Expedia on our trip and all fallen way below expectations. Tonight we are in our fourth booking with Expedia and even though the hotel is quaint we are not impressed. We met another group of people that were checking out of the sunflower when we were checking in and they were also disgusted with the rooms as well as two other couples that were there while we were there. Most of the tourist sites were closed for the season, The only memorable part was the beautiful boardwalk

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was super comfy. Iwners were friendly. Easy to find.

Was a wonderful stay. The room was large with a very comfortable bed and great size washroom with lovely shower. Will definitely stay again when we come back next year

Check in poor- difficult to understand greeter- no orientation to Victorian style guesthouse (there was a fridge/coffee maker-? For guest use??- who knows) did not feel welcome just wanted payment immediately. Carpets were filthy & buckled

Very clean but still felt like a heritage house, the owner was very nice! Up the road from the ocean, and only 5-10 minute walk to many food and shopping options

Host is friendly. Place is clean, cozy and cenrally located.

Old property. The inkeeper was very nice. No breakfast. They do have coffee, cups and a fridge. But no sink to fill the coffee machine. Close to everything in Summerside. Not ideal if you stay for more than a night. But great for an overnight and a visit beautiful Summerside PEI.

Beautiful house and lovely owner. Our room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was a little small but still had a full size tub and shower and it was exceptionally clean. My only complaint and it’s a small one is the height of the bed. I’m 5’3 and I felt like I needed a stool to climb into the bed! That being said my 6’4” husband loved it! Overall it was a beautiful stay.

A perfectly lovey place to stay in summerside. Great service and clean newer rooms. It’s about a 10min walk from the main drag in summerside and the waterfront action. If you want a nice easy stay this is the place.

Quick and easy checkin! The rooms were quite nice and the bed was super comfortable. Lots of space! The floor was a little slanted, but that didn’t really matter. Would totally come back!

Host is very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and the a/c works very well. Enjoyed sitting on wrap around porch. Property needs some updating including the decor and furniture (arm chair in room is ancient and not usable. The grounds have a lot of potential but will need work.

Location was excellent, exceptional customer service by the onsite staff person. Quiet, nicely updated and pleasantly surprised with the upgrade

Very quaint , old century home . Quiet , nice air-conditioning in room , ultra quiet
