Excellent spa experience

I loved ever minute of my stay.

We had a wonderful stay recently, spending 5 days at the Ritz-Carlton. Our Club room was spacious and stocked with all the comforts of home. Our cleaner made it impeccable on a daily basis. We also experienced such welcoming warmth by the staff in the Club Lounge with special shout outs to Olga and Fernando who gave exceptional service to me and my family. Our children loved their hot chocolates topped with marshmallows!! Thank you as well to Armin who checked us both in and out graciously, assisting us with our questions. And finally to Paul, who drove us to destinations on occasion who had the most amazing recommendations on restaurants around the city! (and perhaps Montreal where we may try the Ritz in future!)

Nice CN tower and lake view

Embarrassing how long we had to wait for room. We were told 3 times it was going to be ready and it wasn’t. For a high end hotel I would not recommend it. I was offered nothing!!!

It’s a shame that the staff were so distracted by the presence of the LA Dodgers being in the building. They were allowed to take over the reception and forecourt area to the massive inconvenience of other guests

Great experience overall!

The staff was very kind and welcoming. However, one young lady in particular—Gurleen—truly went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied throughout our stay. She was always available, whether it was for suggestions on places to go or just to check in and make sure we had everything we needed. I even forgot my flat iron, and she kindly helped me order one through Uber. She was simply perfect—professional, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. Additionally, Henry at the concierge was fantastic, offering us amazing dining recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for such a wonderful experience!

Room was great. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Spa was nice but felt rushed for massage and for the price you pay time was deducted.

We loved it the restaurants were great. The room was modern and clean. Shopping was nearby.

This was my first time staying at this property and it was nothing short of amazing! From the staff that greets you upon arrival and walk you to the front desk, to Alejandro and his amazing customer service. It genuinely made this the best birthday trip I’ve ever had. Thankful is an understatement! The food was just as amazing as the service and property. So if you have a chance, check out Toca on the second floor for breakfast. The food was absolutely delicious! Now on to the suite. I honestly didn’t want to leave! The suite and the view were breathtaking! It was such a welcoming and clean space and it definitely set the tone for our trip. There were views of the CN tower, the baseball stadium, and the lake. This suite and property are the main reasons why I will definitely be back to Toronto. I do hate that I missed out on the spa but I’m sure it’s just as amazing so if you’re there check it out as well! I could honestly go on and on about this place but please definitely go check it out! Again, thank you!!
